   Couldn’t have asked for any worse experience this place took a £300 coat in for a little wash and came out with all badges melted of, owner was addressed about the situation and fobbed me of! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT GO THIS PLACE TO AVOID DESTROYED DESIGNER CLOTHING!

   I took a suede jacket in here as it's dry clean only. There was a stain on the sleeve. Upon collection, I noticed the stain was still there. The man was very unhelpful and basically said results are not guaranteed. I asked if he could try again he said the person would have already tried several times? I asked for a discount then, since, I was not satisfied with the service. He said no! I think even £1 off as a good will gesture would have been kind. Bad customer service, unfortunately.

   Had a very large service wash and they were amazing! So glad I found this company. I totally recommend them. Helpful and friendly quick turnaround. Clothes folded and lovely and clean.

   Two pairs of long, heavy, lined curtains and tiebacks dry cleaned for £67. Took nearly a week as they send them away. Friendly service, prices calculated on weight. The curtains are back up and look great. I will use them again when I have dry cleaning to be done.
