Used this cleaner twice and on both occasions was left very disappointed - the standard of cleaning was poor and lots of areas were missed. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend and also quite rudely spoken to upon cancelling.

First time using Heidi after a long search for a regular cleaner. Very happy with the service - house was immaculate when we came. Impressive attention to detail - towels arranged neatly, toilet paper folded like a hotel. Looking forward to having regular cleans!
