If by Impressions you mean bad impressions then yes . Bad cleaners and, to be brutally honest, self entitled and rude.
Not great at cleaning, they dust around items, they do the bare minimum. House smells clean but furniture I.e chairs etc not moved , corners ignored. Can NOT recommend!
I have been using Impressions for two years now after a long search to find a reliable, professional, trustworthy and friendly cleaning company. They are always very punctual and arrive with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I never feel awkward in asking them to do extra jobs should they occur. The Impressions team have really high standards. I feel they are extremely good value for money and have no hesitation in saying that if you are looking for a cleaner then Impressions should be first on your list.

We've used Impressions for more years than I care to remember! We've found them reliable with a good standard of cleaning. I'm not sure I can remember the last time we had a breakage. If you're looking for a cleaner in mid-Cheshire I would certainly recommend you talk to them.
If you don’t want to read all the below, in a nutshell, they broke things, then admitted ‘Believe me we have had breakages in other clients houses over the past 8 years’ then admitted ‘maybe I should have offered to replace’ ..maybe?? Why would you NOT replace something you had broken? They also don’t want a clients service tailored to the client’s needs but set to the companies wants. Not really how you run excellent customer care! I highly recommend this company if you want a company to brake stuff, not offer to replace it, and want to do what they want, not what you need. According to the below, they have serviced over 100 clients. With 10 good reviews, on retrospect, a company with a less than 10% happy customer rate is not ideal.
