   I had the most positive experience this morning with Jan , I always struggle to find Bras that fit well as I seem to fall in between bra cups for a fuller bust .    I went in today to be fitted for a nursing bra 4 months postpartum, with my baby girl. The ladies in there were AMAZING, immediately making me feel at ease and relaxed, and helping to keep my baby happy while i was in and out of the changing room. I have difficult sized breasts and since the bra also needed to be nursing friendly it was challenging to find one that worked, but both ladies put ideas in until we came up with the perfect style and size and got it ordered in! I can't wait to go and collect it ☺️ they were also really accommodating for me nursing my baby while in the shop.

   Bought expensive bra from here which failed after 2 uses. Was a while after purchase (lockdown) that I took item back to shop and wasn't looking for refund but staff extremely dismissive and not interested in obviously faulty item. Said they didn't believe me! I followed up complaint with polite email but never heard back. Avoid! Update: Business claims never received email sent to correct address on 9.6.22

   I can honestly say the ladies in this lovely shop know their stuff. They are helpful and friendly. I have big problems finding a bra to fit properly. I was measured, given great advice and was out of the shop wearing a new bra within half an hour. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again when in the area or order online as you helpfully suggested.

   Went in to Foundations to have a look at swimwear for my first holiday abroad for 18 years and having recently put on one and a half stones in weight so really not feeling very confident or optimistic at all. However, Karen made me feel very comfortable and brought many, many garments for me to try on. She gave me great advice and freely offered her opinion which resulted in me leaving the store with two swimsuits and two bikinis, confident and happy. On my holiday, I felt great in all the items I had purchased and will definitely be back before my next holiday!!

   Having previously been wearing nursing bras I came in the Nantwich store to treat myself to a new bra. I've never felt comfortable enough in the past to get measured up but the staff here were so friendly, professional and welcoming I had no worries at all. There was a great selection and I came away with a very pretty and well fitting bra Thank you, i'll definitely be back soon.
