   Staff are usually very friendly, but today I popped in to drop a parcel off and put it down by the till. Diana just looked at me, shrugged and said "Well...do you want me to print a label off then?" with such an attitude! I said yes please, and she huffed and went off to get the machine. Don't think she was "Happy to help" like her badge said today!
