I’m a regular buyer of Holland & Barrett products and have always loved their range. I used to rely on home delivery, but since I’ve started visiting Trentham, I’ve been collecting my orders from the store at Trentham Gardens. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with the customer service. I visited on Monday, morning 1st September, and was surprised by the lack of a greeting. The staff seemed unfriendly, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. A simple, warm welcome would have made a big difference..it’s the little things that help customers feel valued. I did want to ask about some other items but decided not to and left the store quickly. I’m giving a two-star rating purely because the service didn’t feel welcoming. I hope this improves, as the products themselves are great.
I visited the store today with my grandmother to get some essentials. Christel was the most lovely and helpful person while she helped us find what we were looking for. She knew what she was talking about and made my grandmother feel really seen and happy

Good little shop . Got pretty much everyghing
I have been shopping on-line lately with the lockdown and have been pleased with the service. Called today at the Trentham store and did not find the service very good. This lady furnished me with all her qualifications and also that she is due to retire in 2 years rather than giving me friendly advice on the process regarding self service. I felt it was some sort of competition or job interview rather than the usual service I have received from this store in the past.
Only nipped in to pick up online order. The ladies were helpful and friendly. Will certainly be going back when I don't have dogs with me. Lovely shop.
A brilliant health food shop. Everything one could need under one roof. I use this shop to find items to help my Diabetes diet . Highly recommend . Plenty of parking and good for those who are disabled .
Cracking little shop. Staff have always been freindly and helpful. Rather go here (when I am in the area) then try to get into town. Send a lot more convenient.
