Fantastic Service, fair prices and lovely conversation with a fantastic range of stock. All Sales Assistants are worth their weight in Gold, always a service with a smile and happy to help. New Management is a cut above the rest and is a major improvement to the liveliness of the store and the staff.
Awful store. I spent Β£300 on a console for it to start having major issue 2 days in. The HDMI port is broken inside the console so I don't know how it even passed checking stage. That's just one issue. I never took it back because they won't refund anyway. I won't bore you with all the details but in short I'm Β£300 down. Never buy electronic from here
Great Online! Brought these two Pokemon games from there online store and found it really easy to use. Both of the games came together, well packaged and at a amazing price, especially for the condition. Couldn't fault my experience the games even came the next day!
Do not bother to come to this store, they are not professional, extremely rude, they told me that I had to go back until they tested my computer in the end they did it in front of me, the person who was attending me did not know how to start Windows 10, everyone they talked like they were in the pub, it took almost 40min the whole process, at the end she told me that could only give him Β£20 for my computer i7, 8ram gigs, 1TB. A COMPLETE JOKE!!!
I have used cash converter in Wellington on several occasions and Iβve had nothing but the best experience each time. The staff are lovely and so helpful and always give the best price possible. We went in today and had the same excellent service from Hazel, George and Blu; all very helpful and friendly. Will always recommend and will definitely be back
Recently bought a Microphone, not a headset. Told it was a 7 piece, I came to find there were actually 6 pieces. No table clamp, guy at till told me it works well. Didn't work AT ALL, with the return guarantee they didn't even accept it back. Terrible customer service
This is the worst store I have ever entered in my life. They are worse than what you think. There is no guarantee of return despite the presence of an obvious malfunction, and there is no professional staff. I bought a PlayStation 4 and when I took it home, I found faults in it. When I went to them, they made me wait for more than an hour, and in the end they told me to leave it here to fix it . I came back a few days later, they said that it had been repaired, and when I went home and used it again, the same problem appeared, otherwise they do not want to return it, and stupidly the employee tells me that you have to sell it somewhere else
