   Wanted to order some flowers for my sister who lives in Nantwich. As I live in Stockport I didn’t know where to go but having looked at the reviews decided to go to Hocknells Florists. They were delivered within 2 hours of placing an order and they were absolutely stunning! My sister loved them so thank you.

   Outstanding personal service! I live down south and wanted to send some flowers to my Grandma who lives locally for her birthday. I have ordered via the website before and had a great experience, but this time I was unsure of which type of arrangement/packaging would be suitable as my Grandma now has dementia and I was worried about confusing her with anything 'modern' like the foam etc. I know nothing about flowers either! So I rang the shop for their advice and the woman I spoke to (apologies I didn't catch your name but you know who you are!!) was incredible, totally understood my concerns and explained all the different options and suggested the right solution. It was so appreciated, but not only that - on the day of delivery she rang me to let me know they were delivered and my Grandma accepted them and was pleased (she sometimes doesn't answer the door if she doesn't recognise the person now). I missed her call as I was at work, but she left a voicemail to let me know. How absolutely incredible?!?! Thank you SO much for being so caring and understanding and going above and beyond. I don't have a photo of the flowers yet to share but my Grandma was over the moon with them (she is a keen gardener so her stamp of approval is impressive!!) Thank you so much. ❤️

   I ordered 3 different arrangements for delivery over 2 days. All 3 were delivered on time and all 3 ladies were absolutely delighted with the beautiful flowers they received. Hocknells is the best florist I have ever used. The flowers are always fresh and last ages. It's always worth visiting the shop to see the amazing displays they create.

   Just collected another outstanding hand tied bouquet from Hocknells. Over the past year/s we have ordered several different types of bouquets and designs and I have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautifully arranged, delivered or ready to collect on time and very reasonably priced - I believe they last a long time too!
