I'm very disappointed as had ordered a delivery of pink and white flowers - pink roses, pink lillies, pink gerberas, and chrysanthemums shown on online image. What has arrived is multi coloured garden flowers. I had been hoping to use this florist regularly as we can't visit the family often and wanted to send flowers but I would be worried to order again incase the order is not as expected again. I realise the flowers on the image are not always available on the day but what has been sent isn't even close to what I was expecting. As a plus the flowers were fresh and sent on time. I have emailed the shop and the message has been returned.
Flores Diem was recommended to us by a friend for our wedding flowers The brief I have viv was countryside! I wanted the flowers to look like I’d gone in the garden/meadow and she killed it! The flowers were above and beyond my expectations and I nearly cried when I saw my bouquet it was everything I imagined and more! Thank you viv and team for making everything so beautiful and for all your hard work!
I am new to the area and found this florist by pure chance. The ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable about their subject. They were able too give me the advice I needed and produced a superb gift for my neighbour.
3rd November 2021: What a beautiful Floristry and Floral Design shop, wow! I absolutely loved it and Market Drayton should be very proud of such a fantastic Florist right in their town centre. I popped in to send a bunch of flowers to my other half and immediately felt as if I was transported to a magical place. The decor, the outside and inside of this beautiful shop is stunning along with all the other houseplants, bouquets, windchimes and definitely a arty, outside the box Florist. I was warmly welcomed by Phil the owner and Daisy both of whom helped me choose a most beautiful flower arranged bouquet to send to my gorgeous half. Phil told me a bit more about himself, his wife Bev's dream of opening a special and beautiful florist shop and wow, they certainly have achieved it all with their FLORIS DIEM business and shop here in Market Drayton! Well done both and Daisy certainly has some amazing mentors to show her the way and the ropes of how to run an amazing Florist. I highly recommend this beautiful Florist shop and thank you Phil for the beautiful flowers bouquet, delivered as promised personally by you which in my books is very special and a rare occasion nowadays. "Above and beyond" customer service by Phil..!! My other half absolutely loved them and totally unaware of this surprise on the day!

Simply superb service, nothing is too much trouble and helpful to a degree that is way and beyond what one might expect. As for the flowers and plants, they have not only built on the super quality that LADYBIRD FLORISTS provided but also have taken that to another level. FLORES DIEM actually provides what others only aspire to and of course it has the most beautiful shopfront in Market Drayton. Absolutely outstanding in every respect and many congratulations to Vivienne and her partner for this, well done both of you.
