   Be aware that what you get delivered is not at all what is shown and advertised on their website. My Mother's Day arrangement had 1 rose, 7 stems of cheaper flowers and then foliage and filler. You are much better off buying a far nicer arrangement from Waitrose for a fraction on the price they charge here, or go to their website and order for next day delivery - still cheaper than Sallys. Disappointing and won't use again despite wanting to support a local business. Two arrangements were delivered instead of the one - and unbelieveably Sally even came to my house and collected the second one after my son informed her there had been a mistake in case she charged him twice.

   Wanted to buy bouquet for £25 told usual price started at £45 so agreed to order bouquet went to collect. Flowers very disappointing and could have bought same from supermarket for a great deal less and better presented

   We paid £60 for a bouquet of flowers for a birthday gift and what we got was appalling and uninspiring! Definitely not value for money..so disappointed! Bought bunches of flowers from local supermarket to add so that it looked anything like decent . I would always support local businesses if possible but definitely NOT recommend this shop.

   Kicking myself that I did a very British thing of just accepting what I was handed. I paid £20 for a bouquet for my moms 60th. I pointed out some flowers I liked whilst there and explained I wanted a wild looking bunch. Picked thistles etc. I collected it from a different woman the next morning. It was so sparse. There were 4 actual flowers some thistles and greenery. All tied together with some pink thin ribbon(I found this but extremely lazy as it just didn’t match the colour theme and clearly string would have looked better) Getting the flowers home I noticed that most of the flowers had wire round the stems to hold them up but even with this assistance they were limp once out of the plastic wrapper. My sister turned up with 3 bunches from a supermarket (total 8.97!) and put them together beautifully. Really disappointed and not surprised it’s a failing industry when this is how much care and attention is put into a customers flowers
