   I called the shop today to ask if I could have 2 button holes today! Silk flowers not fresh and was told yes! . Popped to the shop chose the flowers and OMG!!!! Beautiful absolutely beautiful. They look real and so well made and secured/wrapped for transportation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

   I paid £100 for two Mother’s Day bouquets Make your own mind up if you think they are worth it. If it was my business I would be completely embarrassed to rip people off in this way. It’s a good job there’s lots of foliage and wrapping to fill in the gaps

   After calling a few florists to ask about the cost of a coffin spray for my dad's funeral I took my mum to Fleurtations because they has been so helpful on the phone. A gentleman took us to a separate quiet part of the shop where we were able to sit, were shown photos and able to take our time to choose the style, colour and flowers for the spray. They were respectful of our budget and gave an honest opinion regarding the size of spray that would look right. The flowers on the day looked beautiful and exactly what we had asked for. I would highly recommend Fleurtations for your floral needs!

   After the company I work for have used this florist for over 15 years and I had seen some of the bouquets they had delivered I decided to use them. I have had a bouquet of 11 stems delivered, of which the roses look like they have around 2 days of life left in them, and it cost £40. When querying this the service I received on the phone was disgusting - she said i quote 'you have had your monies worth' and that we were regarded as 'any old person off the street' because we don't make a regular order. We order on average £100 per month. There was a lot more of rude and awful comments made on the call and I am extremely upset. Don't use this florist unless you want to pay £40 for the flowers pictured....
