“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Talked me through the the cost of the repair, I asked about replacement boilers and cost and whether the repair would be worth it for the age/condition of boiler. I went down the repair route in the end, once the part had arrived Kyle was back out to fit it quickly, the work was clean and tidy, talked me through the fault in layman's terms, why it had occurred and answered my questions about what I can do to help prevent again in the future.
