After speaking to friends and family the price for the work was very reasonable compared to other garages! I will be coming to these for any work needed in the future plus the guys who worked on my car were so nice and helpful! I am so glad I fount this repair shop!”

“Needed a service quite quickly as I was doing a long drive unexpectedly and couldn't get in to my usual (very good) garage. Sea Cliff was actually recommended to me. Very friendly, easy to park outside, very good thorough service, I asked for a full service but was told this wasn't necessary, they obtained spark plugs for me but said changing them was also not necessary - as yet. Phoned me to keep me updated and upfront about the costs (rather than turning up to a big bill). Good solid garage, one manager and one mechanic who know what they are doing.”

“Optimum engineers have been sent by our appliance insurers Domestic & General to repair our hob and oven several times over the last year, and we were always pleased by their efficiency and customer service. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to leave an online review though if I hadn't had a really awful experience with another company which Domestic & General sent to repair our oven last moth. Basically that company failed to do the job, we were without the oven for over 5 weeks and I spent half a day last week on the phone to Domestic & General insisting that they book us in with the engineers they sent to us in the past (Optimum). Eventually, the appointment was booked, their engineer came today, super-helpful and nice guy, fixed the oven in 10 minutes! I'd definitely recommend Optimum to others, both in terms of the quality of engineers we have dealt with and also very pleasant and helpful telephone customer service.”

“Popped in to get my air con checked after being told by a national chain garage it was booked in with that they could not do it as it had the newer type gas and not the older type as stated when online booking. Now waiting for my refund. Arrived at C R Allen and the service was great, came straight out and had a look to confirm it was the old type gas which was great as it's cheaper. They then said they had a slot to be able to do it for me straight away. Told me the price and also advised having the pollen filter changed as it had not been done in the last 12 months. Price agreed and the van went straight in. Drove away an hour later all nice and chilled with my air con working. Happy to recommend.”
