“Our pups B+M love their time with We love pets. They’ve visited for stay overs with their boarding service while we have been away and have had many walking sessions. We know they love their time with Kirsty and Matt as anytime we walk past them or their house our pups get extremely excited. It’s really comforting knowing B+M are with people they’re comfortable with and who obviously love animals. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.”

“Clare is amazing, has never let us down and my two dogs love when she comes in everyday. She plays with one and cuddles the other just how they like it and she also keeps us updated by sending photos and messaging us of how their day is going. So thankful we found her”

“Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.”

“Wonderful service, I would not trust my assistance dog to be walked by anyone else but me! But Poppy service is personal, reliable ands my dog seems to be smiling when he returns home from his 3 times a week pack walk with Poppy for an hour. She is always prepared for the weather conditions, like water for all the dogs when out, when hot! My dog adores her, and gets so excited when waiting for her to arrive!”

“Our little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.”

She is amazing, so thorough and my dog comes out looking perfect, crystal clean and also has her teeth done with the ultrasonic brush. Thanks for always looking after my girl. “We absolutely love Paws Outdoors! I moved to the area and was in desperate need of a dog walker who I could trust with my fur child and that’s exactly what I found in Michelle & Katy! They go above and beyond for my little doggo and are always on hand to support. My dog loses her mind when they come and collect her and is always so happy to see them, if that’s not the sign of a great dog walker, then I don’t know what is! Couldn’t recommend more.”

“Love this place! It’s huge which means loads of choice for natural healthy dog treats and a large selection of nature’s menu frozen food which is good. I have yet to notice a brand sold by one of the larger pet chains that isn’t here and it’s all well priced too. Staff are also really nice. Only complaint would be all the dog snacks by the till, I’m like a kid at the corner shop, by the time they’ve finished ringing through what I picked up in the shop, I’ve added several more items from their till side selection!”

“I recently placed on an online order with A Coombs pet centre. I'm so impressed. I'm usually a bit nervous ordering from smaller companies but the delivery, speed and customer service was amazing. My cat has a condition and the vet gave me some recommendations for food for my fussy cat. I like that they sell some of these more unusual monoprotein/hypoallergenic cat foods which seem hard to find online. They also sell the hills and royal canin wet foods in bulk and by the sachet/tin and it seems rare that companies sell by the sachet/tin and this is so helpful to try before you buy in bulk. I actually found them by asking chat GPT to find a retailer that sold all the foods I needed to purchase. I emailed them on a Saturday morning with a query and they got back to me within an hour, I placed an order about 9am and my order had arrived by 2pm the following day to Cornwall! That was with the free delivery. I'm really impressed and will be ordering from them again in the future.”

“We popped in here to pick up some dog toys, what a lovely pet store with a nice selection of bits n bobs for your pet. If you're a cat lover then it's worth popping in just to see the owners free roaming cats. Super friendly and happy for a pet, the cats were in abundance!”

“I had to visit the PDSA with a cat I found that had been run over. The staff were brilliant, letting me go through the side door so people in the waiting room wouldn't see the cat that had died en route. They were kind and considerate and helped me find the owner of the cat shop I could tell them what had happened.”

“We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“One of our cats, Pop, was poorly over the Bank Holiday. Our usual vet was closed but forwarded us to New Priory Vets. The team there was very helpful. Roz the vet gave Pop an injection and emailed his file to our vet so we can follow up. We were very happy with the help our furbaby received and would highly recommend this vet.”

She helped me with the flea treatments for my cats and provided amazing customer service. Megan was so friendly and professional, my partner and I really enjoyed exchanging cats stories with her!”

“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors x”
