“I 100% recommend Paul’s heating/boiler fault finding and resolution work. Paul works tirelessly to find solutions and his prompt diagnosis and resolution, is like no other person I know. He is professional and so hard working. He even came over to save Christmas, fixing our boiler on Christmas Eve, when he should have finished work for the day but didn’t want to leave us without hot water and heating over Christmas. He even lent me a plug in radiator as a backup. We are truly appreciative of all Paul’s effort. Thank you.”

The staff were really lovely too and they carried it out to the car for us so we didn't have to do anything. (They also offer delivery). “Optimum engineers have been sent by our appliance insurers Domestic & General to repair our hob and oven several times over the last year, and we were always pleased by their efficiency and customer service. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to leave an online review though if I hadn't had a really awful experience with another company which Domestic & General sent to repair our oven last moth. Basically that company failed to do the job, we were without the oven for over 5 weeks and I spent half a day last week on the phone to Domestic & General insisting that they book us in with the engineers they sent to us in the past (Optimum). Eventually, the appointment was booked, their engineer came today, super-helpful and nice guy, fixed the oven in 10 minutes! I'd definitely recommend Optimum to others, both in terms of the quality of engineers we have dealt with and also very pleasant and helpful telephone customer service.”
