“Excellent, I ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes online on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I have had a bad experience previously with another company, and prefer to visit the store if possible, but I didn't need to worry. The ordering process was really easy. I received a confirmation email when the shoes were dispatched, and I was able to track the delivery online. The shoes were a great price, and are a good fit, comfortable straight from the box.”

“I have recently purchased TH trainers from The Tommy Hilfiger shop at Cribbs Causway and I must say that all the sales people and the Manageress were great. Very welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the service I received was definitely 5 star. It makes me want to go back there. Sorry John Lewis who also sell Tommy Hilfiger clothes. They didn't have a dress I liked in my size in the store due to it being in high demand, but Jen called through every store in Bristol and surrounding cities (even to Plymouth) to double check if any other stores had it! “FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”

“Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it. Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.”

“Me and my friend went into sandersons in our school uniforms (we are both in secondary school) and usually when people our age go into stores we get bad looks and the employees tell us not to touch anything but Sandersons was completely different. We were testing perfumes and an employee came up to us and gave us free perfume sample bottles then had a chat with us about our summer holidays. It was such a nice experience and whoever that employee is deserves a raise”

“My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful too. A very Satisfied Customer.”
