“When we were looking to refit our en-suite and main bathroom, Luke came highly recommended, which was very important to us. He provided an estimate for both refits and assisted us in choices where needed as we didn't really have a set idea of what we wanted, we just knew we wanted it all ripped out and replaced! We had to wait almost a year to get started as Luke is in high demand, however both jobs were performed back to back over the course of a month. Both Luke and James were very friendly and approachable. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day without fail and above all delivered both refits to a very high standard. They also assisted with a couple of other issues around the house whilst they were here! All the work came in on estimate too, which is always nice! Following the work we had a minor issue with a creaky floor in our en-suite, and to Lukes credit he came back and sorted it with no fuss at all. We will definitely look to use Luke and James again for some future home improvements.”

“Last Friday, after our local gardener left us in the lurch, by coming round to look at our 2 lawns, one large one to the front of the property & a smaller one to the rear. He decided, that the grass was too long for his mower to cut & left it. So I thought, what do I do now, the lawns were looking terrible, & needed cutting quickly. So, I had a look on google, for local gardeners, phoned one person, but no response. Then I came across Mark. I asked him how much it would cost, to do a one-off cutting, the price was very reasonable, because the grass was so high. He said, he could not give me a time, but that he would be there some time that same Friday, & asked for my address. True to his word, Mark came, he did a fantastic job. He is so friendly, very professional & customer focused. Clears up any mess, and I asked him to put out the green bin for me, as it was too heavy for me. He did that on Monday of this week, as our collection day is Tuesday. What a lovely man! If I did not get hold of Mark, the grass would have been uncut & looking hideous. Thank you Mark, you’re a top man!!”

“The parking here is very convenient for the tyre place next door. Is that even how you spell tire? Autocorrect keeps swapping what it recommends. Tired is obviously that but does that mean to apply tyres as well? Tyred doesn't look right. And it autocorrected to tyres. So that must be right. Feel free to help me out here”

“We hired James and his partner Tim to rip out our hedge and put up a fence. They were very professional and the fence is set with concrete posts and very sturdy. We also hired them to come back and build our shed and again, very prompt and professional. I should note this wasn't an easy job as of where we wanted the shed put up. But they looked at the situation and decided the best course of action to get the shed up and safely. Had no problems with any work James has done for us.”

“Really friendly bunch and totally different from most merchants as you can walk around and pick stock from the shelves rather than just a counter. Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.”

The towels were very fluffy and the shower gel and shampoo smelled divine. The bed and pillows were so comfy too and the TV has a very high quality picture. As for the location it was perfect. In a quiet area just south of the river, not in the Ulez zone but only 6 mn away from the centre on foot so you can safely leave your car at the flat in the private parking bay.
