John was very approachable and professional and as part of this consultation did a small patch test with the laser on the mole area to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. It was very reassuring to be advised that I would not be charged a fee until John was confident that the laser treatment would be successful. Following this I made a further appointment to complete the treatment and am very very happy with the result; the laser has very effectively removed the mole - 100% improvement.
