Exceptional cuisine and dining in Coventry

“Had a fabulous meal here last week. I had a pizza and it was probably one of the best I have had in the uk.”

“There are 2 tables behind where one can eat inhouse. We had a simple lunch here. Thali has 2 subzi and 1 daal, one can select form what is there. Then we had 2 theplas for the kids. As we went quite early it was empty and staff was chatty with us. Then we had a chocolate burfi which had an actual layer of chocolate, in India it is just barfi with chocolate color.”

“I went here with my teammates after a lovely win against our rivals HP . I was extremely disappointed when the waiter boy whacked our manager mr Hart over the head with a spring role . Also a rat climbed into my mouth and later that week the remains came out of the ‘other end’. Also I heard the cries of a little boy begging for help . Other than that it was absolute limbs , lovely food .”

“As always the food from oriental star was top notch, the portions are very generous and exceptionally tasty..the service is very quick,you can order to collect and it can be ready as soon as you want..and overall it is fantastic 5⭐️ I order chicken chow mein dry, one with satay sauce on top and chef special fried rice .”

“The curry sauce is the best for me flavourful and got a slight kick to it. Im not a fan of the chow mein its a little watery for me i prefer it more charred in the wok i think. The service is hit and miss it can be hostile rushed and under pressure sometimes and others welcoming and pleasant. It's highly convenient for me as a live i the village but nothing puts me off from ordering and the food its always of good quality. Its just a matter of what your tastes are.”

“Been ordering from this place at least 4 times per month for 3 years. Always on time, the servings are big, prices are low for the amount and quality that you get. I tasted almost everything from the menu and loved all of the dishes. Never in 3 years I had a bad experience with them/their food. Big fan of this place and actually right now I am waiting on their delivery for 2 cheeseburgers which are one of the biggest I’ve ever bought compared to other restaurants.”
