“Fantastic value from Bancroft. My wife and I needed a place to crash during an NEC event. Having never used a guesthouse before, I was rather dubious. Bancroft exceeded my expectations! Victoria, the owner, was friendly, discreet and helpful. She provided a lovely upstairs room. Three large beds with optional fans for those of us that like air! My wife enjoyed breakfast one day. Excellent value and cooked to order. I will not hesitate to rebook next time I visit a conference. Apologies for the lousy picture and movie. They do not do justice to the establishment. Recommended.”

“I've used Studio 2 now on 2 separate work visits and have found Cyrille and the team a pleasure to book with. They are friendly and amenable, the studio is clean and has everything I need for my 3 night stay. It can get a bit noisy with other guests around but this didn't bother me at all as it was never late into the night. It's a great location for me and offers free parking close by. Ideal for me.”

“*Reposting as going through my reviews and this wasn't published a few years ago! Went against Google Policy (how for a good review?)* Love this place! Brand new accommodation — easily the best I’ve seen in Coventry. I definitely prefer private accommodation over uni-owned. It’s in a great location too, just 2 minutes away from all the shops and supermarkets. The staff are lovely — professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Big thanks to Vicky, Kerry, and Darren for being so supportive and approachable (so sad to see Kerry go — today’s her last day!). There are plenty of events and activities to get involved in, with new games and things to do all the time. The night staff, Ali and Manjeet, are brilliant as well. My room is spacious, modern, and spotless. The facilities are excellent — a well-equipped gym, cosy common rooms and study areas, and the winter garden on the 7th floor is just amazing! The only downside is the Wi-Fi — it’s quite poor, especially in the common areas and on the 6th floor. Hopefully that improves soon. Overall, a fantastic place to live. Thanks, Gulson Gardens Team!”

“Stayed overnight as part of a conference package. Second visit. Excellent! Food is delicious, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely. Well run hotel that delivers a very good all round stay. Not located in the prettiest of areas, but very good access to everything!”

“Stayed at this hotel with work, and I was really impressed from my arrival. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I had injured myself prior to visiting and staff were quick to help out. Even though they did not have any ice packs, they made sure to improvise and I couldn't be more grateful. Bar service was quick, and they accommodated a large party for dining. Food came out quickly and tasted great. A great sleep after a long drive!”

“We stayed here for one night, last minute booking whilst visiting University of Warwick, very quick an easy, on arrival a quick and simple check in, asked for another towl, that was no problem. Asked about breakfast booking, all explained well. In the morning we were greeted by Emma, what a very friendly and helpful member of the team, chatted whilst taking order, very quick service working well with her colleagues. Good breakfast selection, and a very friendly farewell on our checkout. This is our second stay here, its perfect when we are nearby, thank you Premier Inn, We know what we are getting at a good price.”

“We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.”

“My husband I enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Premier Inn Coventry City Centre, Belgrade Plaza. We had a huge room, which was very well maintained and staff were omnipresent and helpful. Initially, we were put off by having to pre-book our breakfast time-slot, but it was actually fine and staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but the carpets on the bedroom floors had not seen a hoover for a while...apart from that it was all great”

“Great overnight stay to break our long journey. As other reviews mention, Beverley on reception was super friendly on arrival and have is all the info we needed for a smooth check in. She also organised a member of the team to fetch us some more conditioner to our room when we ran out, and didn't make is feel like we were causing trouble. The hotel is located near a retail park which is handy. Overall a great stay and we will stay there again too break our trips down to the south.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and upon check in we got a complimentary upgrade to a pitch view room which was great! The bed in the room wasnt as big as we thought but there was plenty of space in the room! The staff member check us in was great and professional and even gave us complimentary breakfast which was amazing! Only pet peeve was that the AC in the room couldnt be turned off and the room would get cold pretty quickly...other than that great stay!”

“I chose to stay here instead of at the NEC hotel, for my visit to the Classic Motor Show. The price for my one night including breakfast was very reasonable. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. My room was clean, tidy and complete with a large shower room and comfy bed. The evening meal and breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Ibis to anyone wanting to stay in the area or visit the NEC. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the station, a short train ride to Birmingham International and then another short walk into the exhibition centre.”

“We stayed one night . walked into reception greeted by a welcoming and polite gentleman . He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed by our stay . staff from start to finish were all there to assist you with anything we needed . Upon arriving in our room it was very Clean and neat . The toilet , showroom were exceptionally clean with great toiletries included. The bed was very clean and comfy and had a great night sleep.The breakfast was nice but needed some attention with more staff and more organisation but highly satisfied with the quality of food and amount of options . I was totally satisfied. I needed budget, convenient, accommodation and this was perfect. It is not a luxury hotel, it does not claim to be, but I had no complaints!”

“Due to be staying at Badgers Ends for Xmas but due to COVID lockdown were unable to travel. Andy was so kind and professional and within 3 days we had received a full refund. We had previously stayed at one of the Honeypot Cottages and we loved it and intend to re-book as soon as we are able to do so. We have no hesitation in recommending these cottages for a lovely stay in comfortable surroundings with such such helpful people.”

“This is a brilliant villa. Excellent build quality and incredibly well furnished fantastic views, with a super little infinity pool. Inside, the villa was one of the most well-appointed we have ever stayed at. Such attention to detail In relation to all the things you would need in your own home. Great condiments, very well stocked kitchen utensils, ice boxes for the beach. The list goes on. Cannot think of one single thing that was missing. Freelance Villas were excellent to deal with. First class and early communication. A digital guide to the property which is the best I have ever seen. Friendly and immediate service. I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again for future trips.”
