“My wife ordered fish and chips I thought when she came out to the car there had been a mistake and we had ordered whale and chips. The portions were huge. Fish was delicious, firm and white. Chips cooked to perfection”

“The whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.”

“There are some kids always sitting in front of the shop pointing people and throwing rocks at mirrors staff is not very nice and nowadays regular large pizza is very expensive 14 to be exact, quality is good but still not worth it.”

“I believe in judging businesses on how they handle things when they go wrong, I ordered online a got a phone call soon afterwards to say my order couldn't be fulfilled due to the threat of riots in Nuneaton and it was for driver safety which I totally understood my refund hadn't been processed by head office so I called back the next day and they sent a driver out to give me a refund in cash which I felt was excellent service. I'll definitely be ordering again ( when there's no riots) excellent customer service. I highly recommend I have eaten from here before and the food is good too.”

“This chippy is the best place to buy Liver from. Cooked just beautiful it's called a liver diner comes with one lot of chips separately, a tray full of liver onions and gravy Wow (lovely) It does do other stuff also beautiful but I just love the liver so much”

“The Kebab was absolutely awesome. Proper old school chippy Kebab. Top quality marinated chicken and Donner that has a decent flavour. Naan bread was also lovely and salad super fresh and crunchy. Leagues ahead of any of this Just Eat/ Deliveroo Carp. Oh, and the portion was so large, i now have 2 days worth of Kebab and chips left. Putting the chips in the air fryer made them super crispy and delicious. One other thing, when i went in, the first thing they asked me is if i wanted any fish cooking, sign of a chippy that is happy to cook to order so fresh. Good stuff.”

“We're visiting from Birmingham so it took a bit to find it in Bulkington but its lovely. The two staff were wonderful, both working and chatting. Had to wait a while for the fish so I had a nice chat with them and they were lovely. Thank you. Next time I'm at Wolvey I'll be back.”
