“Amazing coffee and pastries. They have an excellent balance of flavours of sponge, milk cream, butter, walnut, chocolate... Instead of just sugar. I'm quite confident that all pastries are hand made, they are as tasty are they look. The atmosphere is intimate and comfy, like you would expect from a southern European café.”

“Always really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss. “Brand new shop and experience to Rugby, much like the Iceland shop in Rugby Central but better, in so much as a larger store with wider Isles and more fridge space. Now with this extra space we get a better shopping experience for all, and the choices of products is so much better, I think they had the right balance considering the shop is so new and not knowing their demographics just yet. It was nice to see some additions of bulk items for the larger families to benefit from savings made. A much better choice of alcohol than Iceland Rugby obviously due to more space, but the addition also of electrical items (some of which have been reduced) was welcome by myself as we were looking for a replacement kettle, as ours had leaked it's contents all over the worktop the same day. You can still use your Iceland loyalty card here too. Win win.”

“Generally excellent service in-store and when collecting online orders. Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.”

“Fantastic service from this store in Rugby, from the first measure by an assistant who was fun and engaging with my 4 year old grandson. Also, exceptional service from the 2 Hannah's at the Store, one of which was the Manager. Between them, they resolved an issue I had with another store and processed an exchange when the shoes I had purchased hurt my Grandson's feet. Finally, thank you to Emma, who processed a 3rd exchange for the same style in a 1/2 size bigger. Clearly a really good Team at this store with a great culture for excellent customer service. Worth the extra mileage for me to travel for further purchases. Thank you.”
