“This groom room is so accommodating, I had to change my little Ruby’s appointment as her full groom was too close to her being spayed, so her groom date was changed she got an essentials appointment yesterday before her op on Monday, at the same time her full groom was rebooked with her normal groomer who is fantastic with Ruby, the young man that did her essentials yesterday was fabulous and managed to complete everything with Ruby, he even got Ruby to allow him to do her paw pad trim, and let him cut her nails, being young Ruby can be awkward for her paws and nails but this young man (sorry I didn’t catch his name) is a dog whisperer and did her nails I’m so grateful thank, you a very pleased customer A*****”

“The person who fitte my tyres is very knowledgeable and honest and concern about the condition of my car. He tried to tell me that the left front tyre is still good. Which I appreciate as someone like me who is not so much into cars, I was just told by the mechanic who checked my MOT that I need to have that fixed but I said I will have it fixed but not with him. “Went to get headlight bulb changed, was seen to straight away. Was given options of just one bulb or replace both with brighter bulbs and they come with 1 year warranty, so if they go, they'll be replaced free and at any Halfords store that offers the fitting service. So for £25 I thought it was a good deal.”

“Great prices good staff, went look for a new mattress, they have some Tempur/emma type mattresses from £300-575 for king size I think the are 15 year guaranteed,they was very comfortable mattresses, but looking around we went for a Tempur ease mattress from another famous shop not dreams , I think if you've not got the budget for a Tempur you should consider a jksk mattress”

“Paper Doll is my very favourite shop for miles around. Marine is just lovely and beyond helpful. She always suggests ideas and possible things I might like which I generally do!!! It’s always so nice to see her. The clothes are beautiful and unusual. This is a really unique boutique with lovely energy and a great vibe x. There is loads to choose from and a good range of sizes. It almost feels like a spa experience when I visit and even if I dont see anything to buy, (which is rare) it’s worth going to. The stock all year round is class. Top place. The gentleman who runs the business is honest, hard working and committed to his business; he also gives an excellent service to his customers. “Who doesn't love a pair of Converse? While this ain't the biggest store on the planet it does pack a lot in and while it might not have brand new designs in it does have a lot of stuff I've not really seen elsewhere. Staff are absolutely spot on and the prices are fantastic on some of the shoes. (20 quid for a pair of Converse - I'll have that). Be careful with the sizes on the boxes though, look for the UK size - it's written a little smaller under the other sizes.”

“The club shop of Derby County. Shirts, shorts, socks and everything else to support the team. Little bit on the expensive side, especially when taking the family but good quality Puma merchandise. You can park right outside and spend time looking around all the goodies. Plenty of places to eat around once you are done with the shopping.”

“Came to Clark's today to buy my 9 month old son his first pair of shoes. We were greeted warmly by a lady with long dark hair who showed us to take a ticket from the machine for measuring. A short time later a lady with long brown hair and glasses called our number. She measured my sons feet, which he loved, and recommended some shoes. We knew the selection would be limited as my son's feet are still very small, but the lady helped us find a suitable pair and assessed how he walked in them. All round, an excellent experience for us and the service from these two ladies was fabulous. Thank you.”
