“I went to screwfix as an ignoramus. I measured everything, had taken photos and had some idea what I wanted. The guys at Screwfix, Monks Cross were superb! They didn't treat me like an eejit, they were very respectful, knowledgeable and honestly, could not have done any more for me. They showed endless patience and solved all bar one of my problems. The one unsolved problem, they gave me suggestions on where to go for the part I need. I was really worried about going into a place like this, knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to ask for it and looking a complete idiot. I won't have those worries again, thanks to the guys at Monks Cross Screwfix, one of which was Tom, didn't get the other guy's name, but he had a grey beard.
