“My friends and I came to see the afternoon performance of a Christmas Carol on 14/12/25. This is one of my favourite films so the performance had a lot to live up too! It did not disappoint. Reece Dinsdale as Scrooge was outstanding. The whole cast was excellent as were the props (especially the ghost of Christmas future) All in all a lovely, entertaining afternoon. There was absolutely nothing to disappoint us. Thank you to all concerned in the production and the staff of the playhouse.”

“Really nice interior, great food, great drinks! The restaurant is very modern and the staff are friendly and attentive. The drinks were great, we tried a few cocktails. In particular all the drinks with mango were amazing, mango margarita wasn't too sweet which is the way I like it. Curries are complex and rich, and the starters are great.”

“My new favourite place to eat!! The mixed grill is delicious and perfect for sharing, as are the tea pots (mint is my personal favourite). Everything is quite reasonably priced and you never walk away hungry. Service is always great with friendly and attentive staff. Plus, if you've ever seen Tangled, the decor is very reminiscent of the arty painting room in which is just great. Very charming place, definitely visit if you enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine.”

“Only bobbed by for a quick potato scallop, which came with bits .. bloody amazing. Crispy batter, butter soft potato in the middle , with free bits on top.. rally a meal in itself , but I got one to try and review, and happy i was too. Great value .. absolutely no complaints here worth of 5 stars.”

“Had a lovely meal from the lunch menu. Chose Chicken Skewers to start, Fish and Chips and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding. All food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyed! Forgot to photograph pudding but it was lush. Service very good and surroundings in restaurant pleasant.”

“The BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! The drinks kept on coming ( we went for the bottomless brunch menu) and the drinks were all a 10/10. Big shout out to MYLES the Staff. I have never had someone attend to me with such professionalism and dedication. You just know he wants you to have a good time and ensures that happens. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. If you were considering going please do so. It was an amazing time.”

“Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories. Thank you for taking your time.”

“We went on 5th December before seeing Miss Saigon. It was very festive, all tables were taken and the atmosphere was joyous. The staff were excellent, one of our meals didn’t have enough chicken in it. As soon as we raised this with our waiter he apologised and solved the problem. More chicken was presented to our table in good time as we were all still eating. Very reasonably priced and good food for the centre of town and an excellent service”

“We visit Wagamama regularly and the food never disappoints! The service seemed quite slow at this restaurant, however we had a waitress with long dark hair (didn’t catch her name!) and she was amazing!”

“My partner and I fancied a late night Thai takeaway and didn’t expect to find anything open, let alone of decent quality. We were so wrong! The service was fast, the curries were absolutely delicious, and they even kindly threw in an extra rice and prawn crackers. The food was all so fresh and the king prawns are to die for. “Lovely breakfast buffet. None of the cheap ingredients that you usually get on a buffet, all proper stuff and very tasty. Have as much or as little as you want for £7.99. Unlimited refills on tea and coffee too. Pub was clean and bright with plenty of seating inside and out. Staff very friendly and helpful. No ales on the bar unfortunately (not that I wanted one with breakfast)”

“We loved having lunch at The Botanist! We really enjoyed the meat and the dessert, but one dish stood out — the cauliflower! It was incredibly delicious! We didn’t try it this time, but we saw that there’s an option to pay a fixed fee and get unlimited drink refills — it seems like a great choice to enjoy with friends. The service was excellent, and we would definitely go back!”

“First try at this place and was really impressed. The menu was tasty and healthy. I had the poached eggs on sourdough which was tasty and a fun mix of textures. Gf enjoyed the sweet potato hash. The matcha latte was great, not too sweetened. Decaf flat white was top notch. Friendly staff, good COVID measures (screens, wait at door to be seated), but I don't recall giving them my details for track and trace. Decor is well done if standard for a hipster place. Nice wooden floor, industrial ceiling - as you'd expect. High quality though. Would definitely go again.”

“These guys are awesome, so friendly and generous when I go with my family, food taste amazing I can't get enough of the sweets chilli chicken and kimchi rice. Go every time I'm in Leeds and the sushi is great especially when they make it fresh”

“I had such a lovely experience at the Indian Tiffin Room in Leeds. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the place itself has such a vibrant, colourful vibe that really reminds you of India. The food was amazing — full of authentic flavours and perfectly cooked. Some dishes were a bit on the spicy side, but that just made it feel even more genuine. The portions were generous too, which was a nice bonus! Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you’re craving real Indian street food in a lively, cheerful setting. I’d definitely recommend it — and if you go, make sure to try the masala dosa!”
