“Today Jess came to our home as it was time for us to let our dog go . Jess was kind and caring and never made us feel rushed , she made us all feel at ease . Jess was lovely with our dog and our beautiful dog left with the dignity she deserved . I couldn't have wished for a more peaceful end after all the years of love that Dog gave me and my family . Thanks Jess for making this awful day easier to deal with .”

“From walking through the doors to saying our goodbyes, we were in the very best hands every step of the way. The surgery on my dog’s eye was absolutely impeccable! I’ve never seen sutures so neat on a human, let alone in such a delicate area on a dog. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was being cared for by people who clearly love what they do. Seeing how happy she was when I collected her said it all; she’d been fussed, cuddled, and properly looked after all day. I specifically chose Sandbeck to carry out the surgery, rather than my usual vet, after so many glowing recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. They even called the next day to check how she was recovering, which was such a thoughtful touch. My only complaint? I don’t live in Wetherby, otherwise this would be our regular practice without question.”

“The cattery is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can choose to have a live camera feed which you can watch from your phone. Julie and Ian really care about the cats and you can see they cuddle and spend time with them. Our cat Marcel was soon licking and headbutting them. The also provided the type of food he needed. A great experience for Marcel the cat and us. Would highly recommend. First timers have the piece of mind that they can see the live feed video.”

“Kali loves going to visit Tracey and Jayne. She runs down the drive eager to join Finley the lovely Labrador. Kali has made many friends on her visits and walks. Whether staying for a day or longer we get lovely photos and updates. Tracey and Jayne really care about your pets. Understanding and considering their individual characters and needs. It’s so reassuring to know your precious pet is with such a caring professional and lovely couple.”

“I would recommend Royds Cat Hotel without hesitation. Our cat Annie, is nervous in new surroundings and previously didn’t do well when left at another cattery; lost weight and continued to eat poorly even when she returned home. After her stay at Royds it is obvious that she was well looked after! Even the standard rooms are very spacious and clean. The owners are lovely and it is obvious they love cats. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Annie here again, just make sure you book early because they are often full!!”

“Our cats spent 13 nights in the hotel, they came back to us relaxed and calm. Professional and high standard care. Thanks to the fantastic conditions and care, we were able to spend our holidays peacefully without worrying about our fur babies, and Figa and Wafel spent a lovely time. “My cat was at Smart Cats for 4 months due to building works at our house. It was so hard to be away from him, but I was reassured from the start that Linda and the team would take good care of him. The team are friendly and so accommodating. I needed to extend his stay a few times and Linda always responded to me quickly and was able to sort it for us. I loved getting the daily photos, and the videos of him being petted really helped me to know that he was doing ok. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much all.”

“We needed a tranquil space for 3 weeks during a refurbishment and Emma was very helpful ensuring everything was ready for us. The cottage is stunning; every small detail thought of; beautifully clean and stylish; log burner; spacious luxury bathrooms; very comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. Highly recommend ❤️”

“A few weeks ago I decided to book Daisy Bank fully for myself and my friends for a retreat weekend. Angie and Andy were amazing from the beginning to end. Angie offered me a tour of the whole place so I could decide where each of my friends were going to sleep and where we would do our activities. All the cabins are so tastefully decorated with wallpaper and paintings from local artists. They all had slightly different colour schemes and there is something really interesting about each cabin. They had also thought about the really small touches, such as where to place plug sockets for chargers and leaving homemade brownies for when we checked in. They even left me a bottle of fizz and a card which was so thoughtful of them and very much appreciated. We were planning to have a yoga and meditation circle and Andy very kindly tidied the area up for us so it would be ready to use. We all had a wonderful weekend and it was the perfect place for a retreat. Two of us woke early each morning to go and have a coffee by the stream, watch the wildlife and enjoy the wildflowers. There has been so much thought and care put into the place and it was noticed by all in the group. Two of us have decided to book again for our own mini retreat as we can't stop talking about the peace we felt whilst there. If you're thinking about booking, you definitely won't regret it. We can't wait to return!”

“Rachael provides a fabulous service and really cares about all of the dogs she walks. Our dog is always thrilled to see her and we can go to work safe in the knowledge that she will be safe and cared for and will have had plenty of fun and exercise.”

“Our dog Dexter loves Going out with Good Boy Dog Walkers. We love the fact that you get to see photos of him out on his walks and he looks so happy! The walkers are always friendly and it feels like they love the dogs they walk, when they arrive Dexter can't wait to go out with them!!! “We cannot recommend Emma and Elodie enough. Emma has cared for our little puppy Rocket since he was 12 weeks old. We could trust her completely and Rocket absolutely loved his time with Emma and the other doggies. Elodie and Emma both made getting our first puppy so much easier and less stressful, as we knew we could always rely on them. We are gutted to have moved away and wrenched Rocket from his much loved walks!”

“These guys are amazing. They have given me the tools and confidence to help my little rescue dog. I can't praise them enough and I would and do recommend them. I have heard great things about the pet sitting service although as yet I haven't used it, but I'm sure I will in the future. I have made some nice friends at class and we can share our stories on the fab page, it's like having a support network for you and your dog.”

“Amy and Lucy life savers! There was a real big down turn with my health and this made it impossible to exercise my young active dog. One message to jog your dog and although they where extremely busy they stept into the breach and found a space to exercise my dog each week and he loved them. “Emily is an amazing groomer and has looked after our rough coated Brussels Griffon, Pippa, for the last two years. She has a relaxed way which instantly puts our dog at ease, gives a great breed-specific cut and in under an hour is returned to us tail wagging, looking and smelling amazing! “Couldn't be happier, took our dog Oscar here on Saturday 30th and found the customer service excellent. They were patient and supportive of my dog as he can be reactive with other dogs and at the groomers. When I came back and picked him up he was smelling fantastic and looking like a new dog, definitely be returning and couldn't recommend enough.”
