Quick bites in Leeds

“10/10 takeaway!!! Everything was spot on. Ordered there and took about 15mins to come, food arrived piping hot. Mohammed was fantastic and helped us choose what to order. All the food was delicious and fresh with so much flavour, big portion sizes also! Our favourites were the bang bang chicken and masala doner. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning :)”

“We went early in the evening for dinner and had no reservations. Luckily someone who had reserved didn’t turn up and so we got a table. The food was absolutely delectable and lip smacking . I could click only two photos although we had ordered 3 appetisers and a main course. The Bruschetta with Bufala and Parma - Belliisomo…Pappardelle Guanciale Pistacchio E Stracciatella was a first time for me… it was nice but would have loved some more olive oil in it. The Calamari Frito was very good too and the chili garlic mayo added that zing..we also ordered the Insalata Balsamica … fresh rocket and salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and some onion make it a lovely accompaniment for fibre.. while I wanted to try a dessert, we were too full and hence didn’t . Prior reservations are highly recommended”

“This was a second visit to an Ivy Asia, I went to St Paul’s London and that was a great experience. Ivy Asia Leeds was a really lovely experience also, great for a special meal, I booked it for a 60th Birthday. Service, food and decor is first class. It is definitely worth a visit and fabulous surprise for a family celebration.”

“Having come from Malaysia, this restaurant serves food that’s pretty accurate to how it’s done over there! We especially liked the mee kari and the ABC (very unique dessert!). I left extremely satisfied. One downside was that we had been waiting an hour for the food to come. However the staff were very well aware of this and would assure us that it would come. Another downside was that the portion of the char kuey teow was quite small, and it was similarly priced to the mee kari (pictured). I think with time the service will improve, and it would also be nice to serve a portion that suits the price paid. However, I will come back and I do look forward to it!”

“My partner and I fancied a late night Thai takeaway and didn’t expect to find anything open, let alone of decent quality. We were so wrong! The service was fast, the curries were absolutely delicious, and they even kindly threw in an extra rice and prawn crackers. The food was all so fresh and the king prawns are to die for. “Great little bag, reminds me of my visit in Ghent! Popped in for the Belgium beers, Sam and James gave me and my friends some great recommendations on some beers we haven’t tried! Great customer service - all the staff are very helpful and chatty! My favourite was the Rochefort 10! Lovely warm and cosy atmosphere with great bar snacks! Will be back and eager to try the other head of steam venues!”

“Honestly never expected the room to be this good and spotless. Room is neat, cozy, good colour combo, spacious with all the necessities. It felt like brand new room. Location is also good. I give a solid 10/10. And yes breakfast is well worth the money too.”

“Amazing service and venue! Just been for a baby shower. They accommodated last minute so well for my friend who had a nightmare with a venue that cancelled on her. Anyways it worked out for the best because the terrace was beautiful space! Super intimate and great on a sunnys day! But, if you're up for excellent burgers, tasty fries, and outstanding cocktails, you should certainly give it a try!”

“I've been coming here for years ,now I'm fussy with food . But i have never had an issue with the food here. The staff are brilliant , they are interested in you and ask about you and your family . Yeah Paul ,you could go elsewhere in this area but in my opinion when you find a winner you stick , mammas are one of if not the best pizza parlours around . Maybe seeing as you review everywhere you , your taking it a bit seriously.
