“What a delightful place for a celebration or even just a drink. The quality of the food is top notch and worth the trip. Staff are friendly and able to make adjustments as required. The bruschetta was strong with garlic and the tomatoes were very fresh and juicy. The chicken was thin and crispy, paired with the delicious spaghetti topped with fresh tomatoes and basil. The meal was finished off with zeppola. This is a crispy choux bun filled with sweet vanilla cream. I was able to get this without the cherries and it was perfect. We will defiantly be back when we come back to Leeds!”

However, I must say, the service could have been a tad faster. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the waiting time for the food was a bit more than anticipated. I'd recommend having a bit of patience when you visit, but I assure you, the food is worth the wait. Later in the evening, the music volume increased, which made conversation a little challenging. But if you're a fan of lively atmospheres, this might actually add to your experience. In conclusion, Almost Famous delivers a deliciously memorable culinary experience, albeit with a slightly slow service and loud music. But, if you're up for excellent burgers, tasty fries, and outstanding cocktails, you should certainly give it a try!”

“After getting an amazing take away we visited the restaurant on Sunday where we got a starter, main and naan each for £15. Waiter was really friendly and always making sure everything is fine. Food was beautiful and good portion sizes”

“I visit a lot of Sizzling pubs and so far this has been the best. Only visited for the first time on 24th October 2025. From the moment you walked in you could feel the warmth. A great friendly greeting from the landlady's husband and shown to our pre booked table. Ordering was easy. The starters came out fairly quickly and was hot. After a short wait between courses the mains came and they were very hot. Unlike many pubs they hadn't spent ages under a lamp. The gammon and pork chop was cooked perfectly. I would recommend this Sizzling pub to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable visit”

Had ribs, duck, corn and fennel curry ... not picking out one because they were all delicious. Range of cocktails unique and was good to try something different .... again tastebud delight. “Great paratha ever had with achar and Choley and the lovely desi tea my great auntie made me a wonderful food will definitely come again and any one who does not know tazza Kitchen then they should come and try her she is a wonderful lady and a cook as well a great person she is the best in town so please visit and you won't be disappointed.
