The service is fast, the staff are helpful and friendly - and delivery is free if you've done a full shopload. If you're a pensioner ask about the food reductions on a Tuesday as Iceland have led the charge in offering help during these difficult times. It is a supermarket that deserves to be shopped in as they have demonstrated they are a place that cares - from the CEO, to the workers in the shop isles.”

    “Very clean tidy and variety of products. Meats are not cut with automatic saws in the butcher section. You get a meat without bone splinters. As the butcher is his father's profession, he knows his job very well. We only bought a slice of cake in the patisserie section. Would you believe, both fresh and creamy sugar is exactly what we wanted. They said it was the product of Pelit patisserie. I think it's fine.”

    “I have been going to this store for a few years and there’s always been an unwelcoming atmosphere but not anymore!!! By the looks of things they’ve had new staff that are very warm and welcoming! I’ve had two visits here in the last week and both have been wonderful experiences! The young man at the counter (Tom) was so polite and welcoming! He packed all my items very neatly and very efficiently in my bag. I was one very happy customer! I also had another visit here this week as it is my local, and I was greated by who turned out to be the new manageress when I walked in who was replenishing the shelves. I can say I’ve never been greated upon any arrival in any tesco store but it was lovely! She asked me how my day was and if I needed any help finding anything to let her know. She wore an infectious smile and she truly made my day just by a simple welcome!!”
