“Just after Christmas I went in to look at ottoman beds and to get prices etc. After a discussion with Julie I said I would return in a few months when finances allowed. She wrote down names of beds, mattresses with prices etc. Very friendly and helpful. Around 3 weeks ago I returned and ordered a side opening ottoman bed with mattress and headboard. It was delivered on time, set up etc and I have been very pleased with it, so much so that when I decided I needed a wardrobe I returned to Good Knights. After spending a considerable amount of time deciding on with wardrobe to buy, I ordered one. Keith then phoned the suppliers, but could not get hold of them. However he phoned me later to say they could order one for me which they did. Delivery time was 2-4 weeks but again I received a call to say they could deliver on the Fri ( it was ordered on the previous Sat) It arrived within the one hour timeslot as promised. If I need any other bedroom furniture in the future i would return. Good old fashioned customer service and they stick to delivery times. Excellent.”

He was absolutely fantastic, really helped me with everything from the fitting of the shoe. to explaining to me the process of how the shoe was made, and how to keep the shoe in good standing. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and no question seemed too much, it felt more like purchasing something from a long time friend than a simple business transaction. This is my first purchase from Loakes, but after the service received today, I can safely say it certainly will not be my last.”

“Very grateful Angie works late on a Thursday as it is super convenient if you’re busy in the working day. Only waited maybe 20 minutes as a drop-in at around 1800, Angie was a great host, and provided an excellent cut. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.”

“Honestly couldn’t recommend oli enough, did an amazing job with my septum. Had bad expierence with a different place and it was infected. Oli however was awesome, explained my piercing and everything I’d need after it. And even when I had an issue with the jewellery after, oli was more than happy to help me with it. We went in Dreams and Michele greeted us very kindly offering drinks and introduced different types of mattresses and base units of bed and showed us where they are. We were so happy with her knowledgeable introduction so we bought whole set of bed frame, mattress,headboard and pillows. We highly recommend!”

“Went today to check if they had a bike in stock and any availability to build it. They said they didn't have the bike in stock. When we said the other Halfords had it in stock but no availability to build it. They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. That's was top notch customer service. Something I will remember.”

“Just wanted to write a quick review about my good experience today! I rarely go to Hair dressers because my hair is damaged and bleached and I've done all the things to it that your not supposed too and In the past I've found hair dressers can shame me a bit too much for it, and charge a lot of Money for my cut even though my hair is short and thin. I felt the lady cared about what was best for me rather than just profits and at &b49 I was charged a more than reasonable price, treated very well and even got a cheeky free hair dye to take home ;) Happy Camper!”
