The venue was modern, welcoming and perfectly equipped for a professional event, with great acoustics and a flexible layout that worked really well for our programme. The team at Storyhouse were brilliant throughout, friendly, organised and always on hand to help. Everything ran smoothly, and our delegates were really impressed with both the space and the service. The food was absolutely delicious, and what made the experience even better was the thoughtful gesture from the staff — we ordered to share (as I can’t eat much), and they split the meal across two plates without us even asking. There was also baby-changing facilities which is a big help, and the opening times are ideal, one of the only coffee shops in the area that open at that time of day - early in the morning.”

“Been coming here for the last 30 years, easily the chinese around, food is brilliant, and the staff are so friendly. I still travel miles to get my food from here, and not just chinese food, good old chips and gravy is still as good !!”

“We were waiting for train back to Liverpool and taking our pups to the park for a run. Walked past Costa and thought we would get a cuppa. With us having the pups we sat outside. We finished and then went the bathroom. We were informed then that Hoole Costa had become dog friendly and we could have gone inside. Always good to know when you have a dog.”
