I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. The service was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. “I come for hair donation as they works with Little Princess Trust and offer free hair cut if donate more than 12 inch hair. Despite of free hair cut, they've demonstrated professional and excellent service, especially Katrina and Bella. I was served tea and biscuit, and Bella gave me a nice hair wash and hair massage. I have long hair but Katrina and Bella worked really hard to make sure the hair are tied nicely for the donation. After cutting the hair, Katrina gave me a nice hair cut and even styling. I can't believe it's all free of charge with all the great services that I had! Overall it's a really good experience, all the staff are very friendly and supportive on working on this charity event. I would highly recommend for a nice haircut.”

“I popped in to Robert Dyas today to buy some insect spray. One of your members of staff, I believe to be Christine Brookes, came over and gave me some good advice as to what brand to buy. I left feeling very confident that my garden insect problem will be resolved. I have not visited Robert Dyas due to the pandemic however, if I know Ms Brookes is at her branch, I will visit more as I know I will be in safe hands. A very valued member of staff!”

“I am so pleased with our experience at this groomer! Our dog isn't always happy to be groomed, but they took such good care of him. His coat is evenly trimmed, paws carefully tended to, teeth cleaned, and his head still kept in the teddy cockapoo style that we love. Our dog is four years old, and we wish we'd found Posh Pet Parlour sooner. Today was his best groom yet!”

Expertly fitted. Great range and pricing - exceptional pre and after sales service. “I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car. “Steve at Byrne Upholstery has just refurbished my Multi York sofas that were in excess of 20 years old. Multi York went into administration so I could not buy new covers or new cushions. I contacted Steve whom I have used many many years ago and he came to my house with material samples. I chose them and my sofas have been reupholstered. They look like new! The attention to detail is fantastic. I am so pleased with them and would recommend him to anyone. Do not read the one negative review I saw the cushion in question and I could see nothing wrong with it. If you’re looking for upholstery go to Steve, you won’t regret it!”
