“You really can’t beat this place – best salt beef in town. Proper family-run, fresh home-cooked food and it just gets better every time. Michael, Johnny and the kids always make you feel welcome. If I’m in Edgware, I can’t walk past without popping in.”
“Excellent food and service, very low prices.”
“We had a wonderful experience at Darna restaurant. The waiter was very kind and served us so many delicious starters, we were full before even starting the mains! The mains were absolutely delicious too and I loved he mango juice I ordered. Really enjoyable experience and we were even served free tea and baklawa which was very nice of them since it was Eid. Thank you!!”
“We tried this place because of the 4.7 star reviews on Google reviews and it more than lived up to its rating. The food was incredible!! Seriously the best food I've had on Edgware Road. The mix grill was exquisite and grilled to perfection. The mixed shawarma wrap was served in the bread they make at the restaurant and was fantastic. Excellent service from the young lady waiter. The bill was very reasonable for the quality of food served. Please give this place a go if you're on Edgware Road!”
“Best kebab ever I’m not joking, I’ve been coming here my entire life, I’m not that old and I haven’t gotten sick once, the food is always top quality.”
“Great flavours, meat is amazing quality and cooked perfectly, you also get given complimentary breads and dips (including hummus) before your food comes that are again delicious. Salad nice and fresh. Also has a big drinks menu with great cocktails. Love this place.”
“Their food is soooo nice and fresh love it and their hummus is must try. Portion size is enough and staff girl was so humble.Recommended for halal labenese food in London in budget friendly range.”
“Absolutely loved the food. Everything was perfect. From the complimentary lentil soup starter to the traditional tea, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled. The bread was scrumptiously soft and fluffy. The salads and condiments were all really flavourful. Could not fault a thing. The food service was really fast. Staff was courteous. Very good value for money and generous portions. Will be visiting again and recommending to all my friends and family”
“My son and I had a lovely time in the cafe today (Saturday), we both ordered burgers and chips, the food and service was lovely, young lady who served us was polite and friendly, we had a great time. A Saturday morning breakfast or just a cup of tea perfect.”
“Thank you to Shiva and the Farsi team for their service. I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis and never had any problems. Really tasty Iranian food with a traditional home cooked feel!”
“This is one place where you just can't go wrong. I've been coming here for 20 plus years I've never come out disappointed or Hungry! Portions are generous and delicious. Now even have aged steaks. Prices are very reasonable.”
“Visited on Sunday for a big meal with the family. We were well treated and the food was well prepared by the chef, he even came to our table to check on us. Equally all the staff were lovely!”
“My first evening in London after a long journey I ate at HAWLER. This was the best decision I made that day. The restaurant is bustling with a nice atmosphere and very hospitable staff. I had the lamb and chicken tikka and before even ordering I already had received a complimentary bowl of lentil soup, which was very delicious and lovely to warm up from the cold outside. The meal was wonderful as the charred meat was rich, tasty and tender. The table was so full with all kinds of extras to eat with the meal, something I am not used to but enjoy greatly. Very affordable price, I would recommend anyone in the area to check this restaurant out. First and definitely not last time I am having Iraqi cuisine!”
“My husband and I had lunch at Zonzo, and we were so pleased with the food and service! The kitchen had an issue, but they made it up by providing some espresso and the best Tiramisu we’ve ever eaten. We would return. This restaurant experience has been our favorite dining experience in London so far!”
“I can’t score the cuisine, I didn’t eat, but the location is perfect, the atmosphere is heaven and the lady at the bar was the best”
“This restaurant exceeded all expectations! The ribeye steak was perfectly grilled and melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the red wine sauce complemented everything beautifully. The cozy lighting made the dinner romantic.”
“Outstanding Service at Trilogy, Edgware! We had a fantastic experience at Trilogy Edgware. Special thanks to Sachinbhai for his excellent customer service — he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.”

“Tried it today for the first time and I must say I really enjoyed it the burger was really nice it was a mixture of chicken & beef also the fries was nice too. The price was good as well for what you get. The staff also was very friendly and professional towards the customers would highly recommend it and will definitely be back.”
“Delicious food and very hospitable staff, the soup and kubeidahs were excellent!”
“This place came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The food is super tasty, very friendly staff and they gave good and honest advise when ordering. Overall the food for me is better then most if not all Indian veg restaurants in the north/northwest London area. I normally travel to Wembley areas for a good Indian veg or dosa place but this restaurant easily bets them all. We ordered Crispy Bhajiya, Chilli Paneer, Pani Puri, Masala Mogo, Paneer Butter Masala, South Indian Thali, Chana Batura, Paneer Fried Rice, Plain Dosa and Bullet Naan. Everything we ordered was spot on and tasted very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the food it was that the Chana was a bit on the hard side, I prefer mines soft, but thats all. I am a meat eater but as far as veg food goes I have not had better even in a meat restaurant. Highly recommended if you are thinking about going!”
“Very good staff, friendly, very welcoming but mostly importantly the food is amazing! Don't think I have had a better shawarma in London, the bread is freshly made there, and the meat is very juicy, full of flavour!”
“Amazing, amazing surface, amazing food. We were a particularly difficult group, large group of 17 of us, all with complicated needs, I was overwhelmed and they were my family so god knows how they felt. But they were calm, attended to our needs, respectful when they really could have left us too it. The food was incredible, quality and quantity both great, to say we were full is an understatement, we had to take food home! Always a good sign! Would definitely go again, maybe not with my whole family!”
“Loved, loved this place! We sat outside and had the meze for two was absolutely delicious. The lamb sambousek was a standout, the best I’ve had so far. We also enjoyed the double apple shisha. The staff were very sweet, and the whole vibe of enjoying Lebanese cuisine on Edgware Road made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”
“I didn't know their gastronomic culture, everything is delicious, thanks”
“Great food, Egusi soup was amazing. Nice service and friendly staff.”
“Amazing little place wondered around the area and found this place had a look and decided to stop in, having never heard or tried Romanian cuisine it was an uncertainty but I was gladly surprised. Would recommend it to any one in the area. Decently priced and the food was OK can't really compare it to other places but it was a generally nice experience in a pretty bland street.”
“If you're on the hunt for a hidden gem in North London, look no further than this treasure of a sushi and Japanese restaurant. For just £26.8 per person, you can indulge in unlimited salmon, a real steal in the city where prices are skyrocketing! The restaurant offers a choice between ordering à la carte or opting for the bottomless buffet, with children’s prices set at £13.4. The buffet is available for 1 hour and 45 minutes, and you can order salmon three pieces at a time every 15 minutes via a convenient phone scan system. It’s a great deal—consume just two rounds of salmon, and you've already gotten your money's worth. For those who prefer à la carte, the quality is just as impressive as the buffet, with a broader selection. We enjoyed a sumptuous spread that filled our table, and everything was incredibly fresh. With a total bill of just over £100 for two, including drinks, it’s a fantastic value compared to central London’s sushi spots. We even had leftovers to take home. Highly recommend for an affordable and satisfying Japanese dining experience!”
“Ordered vegetable chow mein, and salt pepper chips. Very delicious and spicy made upon request. Also assisted with dietary requirements. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and ordering again!”
