From the reception staff to the dentist's they are all very friendly and professional and are more than happy to explain things in a manner you understand and in a way you can understand; the dentist's are more than happy to show children what is going to happen and how as well as telling them in an age appropriate way. They don't try and make you have any treatment that you don't need, but if you do need treatment they work out which is the cheapest way you can get it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to other parents.”
