“I rang Steve when my daughter had hair extensions elsewhere and hadn’t continued with the proper aftercare. Her hair was extremely matted at the top of the extensions as she hadn’t brushed it and then the extensions had become matted together and she couldn’t style her hair. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”

“I had my 1-1 training course with Danielle today, and it was truly amazing! I was quite anxious before the course, but Danielle quickly put me at ease. Her teaching technique is fantastic, and I walked away feeling like I smashed it and gained so much confidence.The Theory session was extremely informative, with learning materials that were both descriptive and easy to understand. During the practical part, Danielle went into great detail with each hair extension method, and she was incredibly patient and kind. What stood out the most was how Danielle shared difficult scenarios she’s encountered in her career. This insight has boosted my confidence immensely, knowing that I’m prepared for various challenges. “I had a wonderful experience at Adore Salon. It was dreary day which soon turned around when I was warmly greeted by Adeline and Spiro. My hair was washed with great care and then while having it trimmed I was offered a warm beverage which was greatly appreciated after being soaked from the rain outside. Then dried and styled, I am truly pleased with how my hair looks. Adeline listened to how I wanted it and checked to make sure I was happy each step of the way. A lovely pair who professionalism and friendlyness shone throughout, thank you both so much and I look forward to my next hair appointment with you!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx”

“I had a very positive experience at the Dalton Street Envie clinic in Manchester. I have now had 3 treatments and the results are amazing from the first session. I have been looked after by Monika and all my appointments are with her. She is very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I could notice results from the first laser session, hairs grow really slowly and I have some spots where the hairs are not growing at all. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well.
