But with the help of the staff at Great Moor, I was instantly settled knowing that she was good and happy, Piper loves coming to nursery and her skills have progressed so much since going. “Amazing! Nicola is a the exact person you want to see in a play centre/restaurant. Me and my children were welcomed from the front door (first time) and showed the play area, made conversation and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nicola is clearly a child friendly lady (surprisingly not all play centre staff are!) she was happy, energetic, polite, funny and looked after everyone there even as it got busier. A massive relief to feel like this when you have a child who can be easily overstimulated and the reaction of new adults and environments can have a huge affect on behaviour. Tilly was so happy and couldn’t wait to get in and also spoke to Nicole as she clearly felt comfortable. Great play area for my 3 and 1 year old. After attending many play areas the staff make a huge different to wanting to return! Nicola told us about the sessions we will definitely be attending for SEN.
