“The chips here are the frozen type in the fryer but they are my favourite type so this place is already a win there. Sometimes they cook the chips until crispy and golden and oh lord they are heavenly. The salt and pepper chips from here when they're golden and crispy are incredible. I've recommended this place to a bunch of people. My only issue is the free food item when you spend X amount. They should really ask which free food item customers would like then you don't end up binning something you don't like. We don't like spring rolls but we do like fortune cookies or prawn crackers. We always bin the spring rolls.”

“This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth! The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.”

“The Pepper Mill has always delivered high quality, TASTY food. When we lived in Brooklands it was always a treat to go to The Pepper Mill and have their gorgeous seafood pizza. It has been 6 years since we moved from the Brooklands area and we still make special effort to return for a seafood pizza. Amazing friendly staff always greet us and it's always a pleasure to return to this venue.”

“This Costa is usually and understandably busy but I was very happy to get a table today. I had a lovely cappuccino and a cake. It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. “Visited the coffee shop at lunch time today, lovely atmosphere about the place, it was busy, the staff were attentive and cheerful, our drinks were served lovely and hot, followed by our food which was lovely and fresh, accompanied by a healthy side salad. There are good menu choices available, along with daily specials, all in all very good indeed, 100% recommended.”

“Have been a few times now and love their pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely need some more gluten free options which are very limited. I also had to clear a table today as the three tables at the back had rubbish and used cups on them. There were about four members of staff so this wasn't great but five stars regardless as the place is lovely, staff friendly and drink delicious.”
