“As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Full of flavour and such a great find here in Manchester. I had ordered the egg curry along with the mushroom xacuti and loved both. The portions are also generous so would highly recommend to people who want to try goan food or just want to be reminded of back home. The couple and their family were also extremely sweet and welcoming. Will 100% order again.”

“This family-run restaurant is excellent. The staff are especially attentive, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I think it is one of my favourite Indian restaurants of all time. I enjoyed the Indian Chai tea to end. Very tasty. Loved it.”

“Extremely satisfied with this place! Family-run business, so you know they really take care of the place and the quality of their food. I got the option that lets you try 3 dishes in one meal, as well as their beef and vegetable momos. I highly recommend the broccoli stir fry! Serving was generous and I had to take home some of the food I wasn't able to finish. Not disappointed at all and would definitely go back if I get a chance.”

“The best Curry I have ever had! Amazing value for money and the owner (pictured) is super accommodating, as he often allows me to switch an item for something else! As a regular customer, I get greeted with a drink on the house and a big smile too! The food is top quality, and so is the service. Freshly cooked with a 5-star food hygiene rating. “We travelled from Newcastle and stopped at this place for some lunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the weather was sunny. The staff were all nice and happy and extremely accommodating. “Wow, this place is amazing! This is the first time my partner (Kieran) and I have ordered from here, and it most certainly won't be the last. The chicken in the korma was beautiful - so tender with absolutely no fatty bits. My partner said the same about his lamb too. The authentic pilau rice.. the garlic and coriander naan which was so garlicky... the heavenly salt and pepper chips - everything was quite simply PERFECT. They even gave us some free tikka bites, along with a lovely handwritten message welcoming us to the place. The delivery guy was so friendly too. I simply can't fault this place - and that's coming from someone who can be quite picky. All that's left to say now, is THANK YOU!”

“This place deserves 5 stars. Firstly upon entering the place was greeted by such a lovely and happy Chinese lady. They really do treat you like you are a valued customer. However regardless of this the food. Out of the hundreds of Chinese takeaways I've tried around the uk the food is the BEST. For my order I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Yes they really did cook everything fresh. Even when I entered the building the lady was making something from scratch. When I got home the food was unbelievable. Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken batter still crispy it was so fresh. And it literally melted in my mouth. The ribs, crispy and extremely meaty, full of meat! The homemade spring rolls were the nicest I've ever tried. Unreal. And everything else we ate was just so fresh and full of flavour Another amazing thing, I didn't get that extreme thirst which you usually get from Chinese takeaways - most likely since the food is homemade and not from packets or jarred sauces. And lastly, pricing. I mean the prices are like they were years ago. Usually a £45 order cost us £29 today I honestly wish that this place gets the recognition it deserves because it really is the best in every possible aspect. Thank you so much pearl garden. “Appropriately named “home Chinese”, I felt like I was eating at a friend’s place, but in a good way.. Attention to detail was great, my waitress Amy, was an absolute dream, she gave the best recommendations and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I would eat here again, it’s so good to find a place that has good food, good service and good prices. “Very nice and friendly lady behind the counter. Even though I got there 5, 10 minutes before closing they took my orde and she helped me go through the menu and choose what I want. The food is delicious, loved all of it but the hot and sour soup was especially delicious. Great food, great customer service from the nice lady and I also like the look of the establishment. “Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”
