“Really nice guys and owners, especially the ones working at the back in the meat section. We were new to the area and came across their shop by chance. When we went in to ask them about their meat, they were kind enough to give us a free box of marinated chicken for stir fry. We’ve just cooked it now, and it was the best chicken stir fry we’ve ever had. Miles better than what you would get at a takeaway. Ingredients and spices were all fresh, none of the pre-packaged sauces or spices. More than happy to come back and buy our meat from here and definitely try other stuff too.”

The shop is always neat and tidy and they have put snazzy new fridge freezers in which look great and offer a super choice of good quality frozen foods. Every single member of staff really friendly - I shop there at least once a day and am so grateful they are open till 8pm in case I have forgotten snacks for the evening. Well worth a visit”

There was a lovely member of staff who was really helpful during my visit, Hessam helped me get an item from the top shelf, such lovely customer service! “Now I am very critical of many food industries some local some not but I have to say that this place is rather amazing! The staff here are a fun and laughing stock indeed. Their food is what makes the cake however their burgers and pizza's are incredible with delightful portions and an actual taste of homemade sauce. Looks can be deceiving as the exterior of Prego's may look like an average takeaway but do not be deceived one bit! They offer a variety of different food items. It is not just Kebabs and burger or pizzas but they also implement Greek Salads which I think is a good option as not many takeaways have that ordeal.”
