“Cannot fault this nursery at all! My son had to start at very short notice & they got him his settling in sessions and started nursery within 1 week. My son has loved being there and always went in happy, some days it was be try hard to get him out. The staff are amazing and you can really tell how much they care about the children. “Both of my sons attended Goals summer club this week for the first time from Mon 11th August - Thur 15th August. They both absolutely loved it, can't thank you enough. It was so well organised, greeted every morning with a smile and a conversation by staff Jamie Culley. He was so helpful/accommodating and showed great interest in the child/parent ensuring their needs were met daily, also always checking in to make sure they enjoyed it. I really felt reassured and safe leaving my sons in Jamie’s safe capable hands. My boys have been to other clubs but by far we all prefer Goals. There was a Great variety of food (healthy too) My sons loved their lunch everyday. Even the pizzas they made. There was always drinks/water fruit available each day and snacks throught out. Couldn’t fault it boys really enjoyed being there for 4hrs, But maybe an extra hour would maybe support working parents. It’s not a criticism just a suggestion. Really hope it can run again during the half terms/summer holidays. Thank you so very much Amy.”

Melissa was caring, understanding and very patient with Sophie and the lesson was relaxed for her too, Melissa followed Sophie’s lead throughout. “I was amazed when Manju agreed to take my case as it is very complex. Manju was incredible, so knowledgeable and quickly understood my foot problems. “I highly recommend this nursery. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the staff here are just wonderful. They’re polite, reassuring, respectful and supportive. My eldest who is now at school still talks about nursery and during half terms is always super excited to come with me to pick her sister up so that she can see everyone again. My youngest also has struggled with transitioning from being with me and going to nursery but thanks to the great bonds the staff have made with her, she is now always happy and excited to come to nursery. Things have also been slightly adapted to accommodate my youngest too; like buying different foods that she will eat and adapting the menu slightly for her, using a separation plate so that foods aren’t touching. Allowing her to bring comfort items with her and supporting the use of her ear defenders as and when she needs them. The manager James is also brilliant. When speaking to him regarding a bereavement, he took it upon himself to there and then order in books for kids related to grief, and allowed me to take them home to read to the children. This, I feel is an example of going above and beyond for the families who attend this setting.”
