“Chose Kwikfit to fit our new tyres on our Ford fiesta. The price they quoted over the phone was the price they charged on the day. Steven very friendly and helpful. 5 days later I had a puncture in one of my other tyres and AA had to fit my spare. Drove to kwikfit as luckily they are open til 8 on a Wednesday. I was advised the tyre was not repairable and again a quick tyre change and charged the price i was quoted. Then a few hours later I thought about checking all my tyres and noticed air was coming out of one when I tried to pump it up, back to kwikfit again and nothing was too much trouble. They pumped all tyres up for me and did this free of charge! Excellent service for all 3 times I’ve been there this week!”

“Took my car in for a very tricky issue. Ford were unable to find the issue and wanted north of £100 to diagnose even if they cant the fault. So i got recommended to Justin by a friend who took his BMW M5 there. Not only was Justins trouble shooting top notch. He ran diagnostics, fixed the issue even though the problem originated from a whole other place that he found by the way and then helped out on another issue i was having which turned to be just a loose wire behind the bumper. “For those of us in search of that rare commodity - an honest mechanic - Bryan is the diamond in a tiara of cubic zirconia, the rose in a sea of bindweed, and the beluga caviar on a plate of peanut butter sandwiches. He is both quick and accurate to diagnose your problem, such is his wealth of knowledge and experience, and does everything he can to complete the job as economically as possible. In my experience the job has ended up costing me less than I had budgeted for, which is nice, but not the most important factor. Number one on my list for most important factors is the ability not only to explain to me, in ways I can understand, the nature of the problem, why it IS a problem, and if I look a bit befuddled (to be fair, my face reflects a permanent air of confusion), he will take the time to demonstrate. If it is a mechanical issue, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. In fact, even if it's not entirely mechanical, I'm really cheeky and pop down for advice and Bryan points me in the right direction if someone specialising in my problem. It doesn't mean he can't do the job himself, just that he knows that to do so would take far longer without the specialist equipment, and ergo would not be cost effective for you, and that would go against his ethos of doing a good job for a fair price. Enough said. There isn't enough praise that can bestowed on Bryan as far as I'm concerned, and if you don't believe me, try and find a review that awards him less than five stars. I can save you time - you won't!”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”

Pregnant wife brought our old KA in fearing the worst after Halfords managed to make a mess of changing a bulb and causing more suspected wiring issues. Turns out it just needed more bulbs and it was sorted very quickly. Also got some sound advice on some broken switches. Will definitely be back here again 5* highly recommended!”
