On the Friday before Christmas last year, our shower broke in the afternoon (typically as all businesses were closing for the Christmas break!). However, I got straight on the phone to Mark and he managed to get someone to come over to assess the issues within the hour. The maintenance guy that came over quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted us with a new power shower unit that day! Myself and my husband cannot thank the team enough for all their help.
