“We are regulars here at Ying Lung. We really enjoy it and find it's the best in Northampton. The only thing I wish they did was accept cards for payments but a lot of Chinese takeaways are cash only so this isn't unique to Ying Lung, and the food makes up for it!”

“Recently visited a friend down in Sandy as he's mentioned the Ghandi before we ended up going for dinner on Sunday, was seated immediately, we ordered drinks were here straight away, food arrived shortly after ordering the potions sizes were absolutely on the money, and incredibly tasty, I was expecting an expensive bill at the end but I couldn't believe how low costing it was to feed 3 of us! Will visit again on our next visit!”

“This was our first experience at Cromwell Cottage. We enjoyed everything about our time here. Our food was cooked perfectly for us - hot, fresh & the steaks to our preference. Staff were attentive, professional, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Atmosphere was relaxed & happy. Myself & my husband were able to have a conversation without having to shout across the table to each other. We will definitely visit again in the future.”

“What a great experience. A night out with the lads was not a disappointment. From the traditional Turkish food to the array of drinks on offer. Music throughout and an unexpected, but entertaining belly dance show. There was also lots of happy birthday vibes with the staff playing a Turkish drum and getting everyone involved in the celebrations. Do not miss out!”

“I had taken my wife there for her birthday and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant fairly quiet with I think reserved seating. The service very nice and pleasant but the waitress seemed preoccupied. But so what, the food, "oow,..was to live for". Definitely recomend and definitely will be a repeat customer. “We visited Aramintas Northampton, on the spur of the moment. We were welcomed into a clean, vibrant, well decorated and atmospheric restaurant, with very smart, helpful staff. “My wife and I went to Saffron, very modern decor with calm atmosphere. Extrememly warm and welcoming staff. Food was absolutly fantastic! Tawa lamb and mango chicken + aloo saag. They have King fisher on tap too which is always good.”

“We had the wonderful Lily as our server who was so inviting, friendly and caring while taking our order and made sure we had enough time when choosing. We had a lovely meal for dinner that was tasty and affordable with a lovely atmosphere around us that felt comfortable and clean. We would be more than happy to come again soon and try some other things on the menu but we had a perfect evening with lovely service ☺️”

“Fresh, delicious and served up faster than the neighbouring fast food outlets. We had Satay curry (pictured) and a halloumi wrap, which were both very tasty and satisfying. The staff were courteous and checked for allergies as a matter of course, which is much appreciated when one of you is gluten free. Highly recommended.”

The menu had some amazing vegan and vegetarian options. The grilled halloumi tacos were the absolute highlight—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. A must-try for anyone visiting! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and delicious dishes. Will definitely be back, especially for a Sundae!”

“Great lunch time deals. Can't complain about the pizza at all. Food usually ready within 10 minutes. Simply order and pop out to collect. Parking can be a squeeze, but there is parking out on the road as well.”

“Grabbed the Zinger Drip Box Meal with corn on the cob and a Lipton peach – so good! The chicken was super crispy with just the right kick, corn was fresh, and the peach tea hit the spot. Definitely recommend!”
