“Back a week from Eastbourne with RB, fantastic hotel deserved better grading star, room was lovely, food very good, staff really great and polite, bed comfy . Apart from taxi co letting us down on timing at Corby all was good, Andy our driver was brilliant,Jenny our courier was always busy,busy seeing to all comforts. Only one criticism- trip home was a stop off at Saffron Waldon, as most on the coach was of good folk who had disabilities the trek from the coach park was a real trial, we suggest a better town to have lunch at in a future stop break. Other than that a lovely break for 5 days. D & R Davies”

After understanding what we liked, and disliked, she advised on the different options we should consider, as well as those that would avoid 1 way flights and thus keep the cost down. After picking the area we wanted to go, Tracey was thorough in finding the best places and trips to make our holiday extra special. We weren’t the easiest customer, looking to explore different versions and options, but Tracey was super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout, working hard to find cost effective solution, not focusing on problems, to allow us to get exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking to book a holiday, then I’d advise making a beeline for Tracey. Our holiday looks incredible and I very much believe it’s that much better for having Tracey helping us.
