“Absolutely love my new wardrobes. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. James came out to see me to measure up and discuss options bringing all samples with him so I could see what matched my room and furniture. Fully bespoke. And gave me a price on the day. He encouraged me to visit his showroom before placing an order which I have done and the moment I did I wanted to place that order. I did shop around and I’ve also visited homes of people that have had them gotten by this company before and see photographs and James Kilner comes highly recommended and now I know why. I have had quotes and plans from many other well known specialists but JK were by far better quality, better service, and offered more than expected. The fitting team were brilliant guys very cheerful, respectful and excellent in their craft. My wardrobes look like they have always been there. Precision measurement and quality. I have also had a neighbour round to look at them with a view to buying some. All fitted in about half a day with then the electrician and carpet fitter to complete. I am over the moon in love with them. Please go and see the quality in the showrooms and get a quote. The customer service and the manner in which I was treated played a heavy role in why I chose this company also. And that is a massively different experience I’ve had from other companies. “Absolutely fantastic spot to have some brunch in Buxton, right on the high street. The food was outstanding and served quickly. I had a vegan samosa chaat which was delicious and they had a range of vegan/ gluten free foods. All very affordable with a decent portion size. Beautiful Indian street food done well. It was also busy, on a Monday, which tells me it’s a popular local spot. Tables were full and reserved. I’d highly recommend this if you’re visiting Buxton.”

“I have not felt this comfortable having my haircut in years (and that's double figures) I am thinning on top which makes me feel anxious & embarrassed Gemma was completely understanding of my feelings & explained she offers a hair replacement system that gives you a full head of hair which I was extremely interested in I opted for a shampoo before my cut which was incredibly relaxing (you are fully laid flat) I think if we wouldn't have been chatting I would have drifted off Couldn't be happier with my haircut other than having the hair replacement system done, the atmosphere of the barbers is chilled out & the decor is cool A*****”

“Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one. “Both rear brakes on my 1966 Daimler v8 2.5ltr seized while driving in The Peak District last week. Smoke was billowing from either side together with a small fire ! Mount Pleasant Recovery delivered the vehicle to Ken Jenkins the following morning and by mid afternoon it had been repaired and ready to drive home. Many thanks to Ken, Annie and ALL the staff who assisted in very quickly easing what was initially a very stressful situation”

“I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I would like to share my experience as I am amazed by the customer service and product I have purchased from them. The corner sofa is comfortable and very well looking in our living room. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. The waiting delivery time was not too long and arrived even early than expected. From the beginning till the end, everything was fine. They came on the agreed time, set up our sofa and cleaned after themselves. I definitely will recommend them and will purchase from them again!”

“Great theatre , not seen a bad production here and Saturday nights performance of A Christmas Carol was fantastic. All actors were brilliant, led by a great Mr Scrooge . The children were excellent too. We enjoyed the singing incorporated in the play , a real festive night to begin Christmas 2025 !”

“I’ve been a regular at Rudy’s for the past two years and it’s definitely one of my favourite spots in Sheffield as a student. So when I brought my family here after graduation - It was such a pleasant experience as per usual and it was so endearing to see that the service and quality of food has remained consistent as it has been since my first visit! Our server Kim was really nice, she offered me free prosecco for graduating and also an extra dessert on the house even though we already ordered two! The pizzas came out really quickly and the servers were very attentive IE Asking us how we wanted the pizzas to be served, constantly refilling our water jugs. I’ll miss Rudy’s greatly as I graduate and move away from Sheffield as I had so many pleasant memories here especially for its price range, and I hope everyone else will get to experience it too!”

“I used to have an Unlimited card at Cineworld before COVID as I hadn't discovered this cinema by then. I went to the Light for the 1st time around 2 years ago, and have never looked back since. I love the vibe - can chill in the relaxing bar area, and get a pizza for tea (2 for £15 on a Tuesday too!) and have a couple of beers. Occasionally I'll get nachos too as a treat. In May, I upgraded to the Premiere card here and every visit has been absolutely spot on! My only comment would be better visibility of mystery screenings - I used to do them at Cineworld and had no idea until today that there's a mystery screening in a couple of days. Would definitely love to do one in the future. Looking forward to the next visit!”

They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!”

Very good service and delicious food; between us we tried several seafood pasta dishes, and a Caprese starter (which oddly had rocket instead of Basil, but was still very tasty). Good value wines and friendly and relaxed service.”
