“Since I had espresso there once i stopped going anywhere else in Sheffield. They use high quality beans which is creamy and fruity (Lavazza). I also love their Cortado it is the best I have ever had.”
“Probably the best burgers in the whole of Sheffield! Delicious! Went here yesterday after the match with 2 others. 2 x dot.burgers and one vegan burger. Really tasty and worth every penny. Will definitely be back...”
“I was fortunate enough to come across Sophies Cake & Coffee at The Horbury Show, Wakefield. I thoroughly enjoyed my Blueberry Muffin, my partner enjoyed her Poppyseed & Almond Muffin and daughter enjoyed her Flapjack so much so that we have decided that at some point we will just have to visit on their own turf at Graves Park! The staff themselves were welcoming and friendly and therefore provided a first rate customer service!”
“A very cute little plant based coffee shop. Didn't try a cake but they look amazing. Very friendly staff, and most importantly dog friendly! Will definitely be popping back.”
“I couldn't think of a more appropriate name for this company - their coffee really is Heavenly! Fantastic coffee and a fantastic service - I dont buy my coffee anywhere else!”
“Great roaster. The variety and the quality of coffee is legit, prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy. The barista (Terrance) was informative and supportive in helping you choose what coffee suits your taste best.”
“Didn't know what to expect... First timers with Ethiopian food. Warmly welcomed, food explained & very tasty. No cutlery, eat with the copious Ethiopian bread & fingers. Ask about heat/spiciness if concerned - mild dishes available. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.”
“i’m soo picky on my coffee and this place’s was 10/10 ! perfect coffee and the interior is really pleasant to sit in + the staff is kind, i’ll be back :)”
“10/10 highly recommend! THE best toastie I’ve ever had (The Hostie) was absolutely incredible and the fresh apple juice is also really nice! Not badly priced either”
“Amazing coffee, perfect place to stop before a long walk. They even filled up my flask for the rest of the journey.”
“What a lovely place, food freshly made to order, fantastic dogs are welcome. The staff are friendly, had my 91yr old dad with me, staff very tolerant and empathetic. Love the booking as really busy.”
“Second visit & all positive. Interesting decor, prompt & friendly service, good music & vibe. (Only negative was a guy on his laptop chattering away, so that the whole of the cafe could hear his conversation. Pain - we don’t want to hear you.)”
“Really great coffee & hot chocolate and they have foamable oat milk. They also regularly stock vegan cakes and the service is always friendly.”
“I had a great time at Raffina on Saturday. The range of vegan options was brilliant, I'd definitely recommend the vegan pinsa panini and oat milk latte. The interior is beautiful and there was a great overall atmosphere.”
“Lovely place Went for their cars & coffee morning, so many lovely cars showed up. Friendly and welcoming, looking forward to visiting again”
“Nice coffee and great cakes (some gluten free!) The lunches look tasty too - I’ll be back…”
“Lovely, dog friendly cafe with delicious cakes and lunches. Also have regular live music. Absolutely wonderful, friendly service. Our dogs are always made super welcome and are often spoilt with a little treat. Great place. Lisa made me a vegan birthday cake last week and it was so good no one realised it was plant based! Everyone loved it!”
“Friendly welcome and great coffee. We get our caffeine fix most mornings at Insomnia. So, don't change the coffee! Quiet and pleasant place to kick off our day. Free coffee when our star card is full.”
“This is my "go to" Costa. The staff here are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly here and welcoming. This branch doesn't run out of certain food items as much as others do. The coffee also seems to taste nicer here than other Costa branches nearby”
“Great coffee, delicious lunch, very reasonably priced. Lovely outdoor setting amongst the woods”
“Lovely little café that serves a good selection of food, dog friendly area too. Looks like it'll be cosy in winter with the log burners on too.”
“Great meet up place for people looking to get out of the home and do some work. Very friendly staff, food and drinks amazing. It was quite busy but not too loud you couldn’t do any work. I couldn’t connect to WiFi but I think the problem was picnic (problem in chair not in computer) and was just as easy to tether to phone. Will be backed - booked via the reef booking app.”
“Such great coffee - not the usual super dark-roast, burnt-tasting coffee and scalding milk you get at train station cafes. Silky smooth steamed milk and gorgeous espresso with such lovely staff! I’ve not tried the food, but it looks like there’s a load of really fun options including savoury croissants! The only con for me is the up-charge for plant-based milk; I don’t mind paying 20p extra for oat milk, as I know it’s more expensive for coffee shops to buy, but 50p is quite steep, especially on a small drink like a flat white. Otherwise, really great, and it’s been so lovely to see more good coffee coming to Chesterfield the past few years, something that’s previously been incredibly lacking!”
“I visit Ashgate coffee co quite often and have always been highly satisfied with the food and service and there is always a nice atmosphere, you just can't fault it! would highly recommend a visit. You can also pop into the charity shop and have a look too, some nice bargains to be had well worth a look”
“Really good service from the lady behind the counter and nice food/drinks, we also bought some coffee beans to take home so looking forward to using them. Nice atmosphere and we'll definitely be back!”
“All coffee's inclusive of decaffeinated, wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets, food eg is sandwiches, pastries, cakes and other snacks. Quality food, (fresh).”
“Amazing vegan ginger cake abs vegan roll which fuelled us half way through our hike!”
“Lovely cafe, really friendly. The cakes are delicious whether you are gluten free or not. Would definitely recommend for a brunch as their eggs are perfectly done. Can't wait to go back.”
“I love 200 degrees!! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly! The coffee is outstanding and I always leave feeling great! Such a lovely atmosphere to go with friends or have a cute solo work date! Couldn’t recommend enough! Shoutout to Gabriel and Emily who always make me smile!”
“Found this hidden gem on a recent trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.. so good we visited twice! We stopped in for lunch and were spoilt for choice between the fabulous fresh sandwiches and the delicious homemade salads. Kids also delighted to find pizza as an option for their lunch box! The cafe is spotlessly clean and the AC was very welcome on a hot day. Staff were warm and welcoming, definitely service with a smile. The excellent customer service didn’t stop there. I arrived home to Scotland and realised my glasses had fallen out my bag while in the cafe! After exchanging a few messages on social media, my glasses were posted home to me! Now that really is going the extra mile. Highly recommend popping in for a visit, once of the best independent coffee shops/cafes we have visited in a long time.”
