“My son absolutely loves Carney and always comes home with enthusiasm after each session. It’s great to find a group that focuses on acting techniques - he has gained so much confidence.”
“I photographed a beautiful wedding at Sheffield Town Hall. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were really friendly with the couples young child and other children at the wedding. When the married couple came out, they got to walk straight into the gorgeous Peace Gardens for photographs. I'd highly recommend this as an extra special register office! Katie Byram Photography.”
“2 of the most enjoyable and educational years of my life, amazing tutors, more than adequate facilities, directly next to tram stop and only a short walk from Crystal peaks. Genuinely amazing and would recommend. I studied Game, Animation and VFX and loved it there.”

“Anne proof read my MA dissertation. Her keen eye for detail caught numerous (minor) grammar and punctuation errors that I hadn't noticed during my numerous proof-reading. There were also a few sentences that read well to me, but were confusing to Anne (who didn't have access to my internal thinking!) - having re-read them I could clearly see Anne's points. Addressing these little details really matter - can be the difference between a pass / merit / distinction. Anne definitely helped me refine those details..... I particularly chose Anne for this because 1) as a proven writer / editor of theological papers, she has clear expertise; 2) as a faculty member of various institutions, I had complete confidence that her advice would be well within the academic policies around additional support; 3) she has a great 'heart' for seeing students excel!”
“The school is lovely, most of the teachers are kind and helpful to us, the students. I graduated from this school a while ago, although it was emotional rollercoaster, it was a good experience.”
“Fab school with caring supportive staff.”
“What an improvement to the old site. I thought it was a shame when the old buildings, including the library were demolished (although this has now been relocated), but after what seems like a lifetime of mess and traffic chaos the new building is light, modern and an asset to the town. Comparable to any other it's one of the best I've seen and is now fully open and operational to sixth form students.”
“I have completed two online courses with this college, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. They were always prompt in their responses, and I received a great deal of support from both the tutors and progress coaches. Even when I had to extend my submission deadlines due to work, life, and online studies, they were understanding and accommodating. I first enrolled after being referred by Free Online Courses UK, and for my second course, I applied directly through their website—both processes were smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate how well they manage everything, ensuring students have the support they need to successfully complete their courses. I’m more than happy with my experience and highly recommend them!”
“All these lot giving it bad reviews just need to grow up and realise that you need to work harder in college than you do in school. Great college, would recommend to anyone who can meet the entry requirements.”
“I found this course very engaging and a great way to spark creative ideas. So if you are looking for something fun to get you using place as a way to refresh your creative thinking, this is it. I made work that surprised me and have a multitude of plans for other creative directions after the course. The on-line materials are excellent and short-course length was just right. I got valuable feedback from Helen, my tutor, and enjoyable sessions led by her online.”

“P&S Simpson are a fantastic family-run haulage company that really stand out for their reliability and personal service. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication is always clear and professional from start to finish. You can tell they take real pride in their work — deliveries are consistently on time, equipment is well maintained, and the whole team is friendly and approachable. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that still values strong relationships and does exactly what they say they’ll do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable, hardworking haulage company you can trust.”
