“I went to get my 15 year old boy put to sleep and the staff and vet couldn't have made a bad situation any better, they where very professional and compassionate and the vet ran me through the steps that will happen and gave me as much time as I wanted to They even offered for me to go home and pay over the phone cause I was in a very bad emotional state and they sent him paw prints and a card to our house a few days later Thanks to all the staff I will be going here in the future I would highly recommend coming here for there finally journey”

“Took JJ to get his claws cut for the first time expecting much drama from a cat who only does things on his terms. Very apprehensive for the nurses anticipating cat screams and hissing. Five minutes later he was back and all done and apparently behaved lovely (you traitor JJ!!). Very happy with this clinic and can thoroughly recommend.”

“I can not thank this amazing group of people enough for their care and compassion shown to our dog Frank, from the Vets to the Receptionists, everyone has been incredible. Frank was rushed into Springfield Vets in Rotherham on Bank Holiday Monday despite him not being registered with them. They saw him within the hour, made a plan, and executed it knowledgeably and professionally. They showed patience and compassion despite his behavioural challenges and gave him first class care and kindness. They kept us informed and updated on his progress throughout his stay, even after hours. They adapted their ways of working to make sure he was comfortable, and I knew from the minute he stepped foot into the practice that he and his care were their top priority. Frank is now recovering from his surgery and his back home because these amazing people were able to deal with his problems effectively, efficiently, and with such kindness. Needless to say, Frank is now registered with this amazing veterinary practice and will not be going anywhere else in the future should he need to. Thank you once more for everything you have done for not only Frank but also for us.”

“Really friendly reception staff. The vet who saw our dog was kind and actually offered to do a proper cytology to find out what was going on with his ears, unlike several vets we have seen before with the same issue. Her advice was clear and helpful along with some tips for avoiding potential irritations for my dog going forward. She explained everything we needed to know and took the time to explain pricing and made sure everything was itemized for us. Overall I couldn't find any faults with the practice and am definitely happy to have my dog registered here for the future.”

“This vets is amazing. The pet plan is really good value for money. The vets are really nice and knowledgeable. The reception staff are so lovely and have been really kind and helpful and accommodating. The driver in our household passed away recently and the reception staff have been really helpful in changing appointments. Today I took one of the cats in for a weight check and he was very anxious and had soiled himself while I was trying to get an uber home. The ladies on reception gave me cleaning supplies, a puppy pad and let me use a room to clean him AND booked me a taxi. I cannot reccomend this vet practice enough and im very thankful!”
