“I was extremely satisfied and very impressed with the service I have received from Fairfax & Porter. I was looking for a new toilet and taps for our cloakroom. I particularly wanted Thomas Crapper toilet, and I found Fairfax & Porter to be one of their retailers. Jayne made the whole process extremely easy: she took care of my entire order, and sourced the taps I was struggling to find for the basin. I found her extremely professional, totally reliable and easy to communicate with. She has also arranged a plumber to complete the job and he was absolutely brilliant. It all run smoothly and I could not be more grateful to Jayne for arranging everything for me and making my life easy. I would highly recommend their services.
