“Highly recommended, very professional and friendly, they answer the phone, you are always acknowledged on arrival, (some bigger garages seem to love to make you wait even when you’re the only one in the place!) , very straight forward, they explain in layman’s terms what needs doing and how much it’ll cost, workshop clean, tidy and seems very well organised. Even my husband is impressed with them and that is rare! They were crucial in my negations with Audi when my 6 year old car developed a ‘potentially catastrophic’ fault, so much so that the very expensive repair was done free of charge by Audi, quite rightly as it was a warranty issue!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Initially dealt with a lady who answered call. She was very helpful and provided me with options for my query and booked me in for the following morning. Stuart did the testing our car and he was back in touch within an hour of dropping the vehicle off. We were presented with the results of the test and available solutions. He offered the option of having a sensor replaced by them but suggested I had a conversation with the main dealer to push them to provide a solution for free with it only just being out of warranty and lo and behold the call worked. They were all busy and took the time out to look at my car with no pre booked appointment. Despite having difficulty getting the stiff cap off, they managed to sort it and replace for a new bulb in less than 5 minutes. Fabulous service will definitely return for future needs.”
